★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διώροφη διατηρητέα οικία που χτίστηκε στα 1901-1902, απέναντι από την αφετηρία του τραμ στο Ντεπό, σε σχέδια του διάσημου αρχιτέκτονα Ξενοφώντα Παιονίδη.
Στις αρχές του 20ού αιώνα ο Ζαν Λιχόβνικ, Αυστριακός υπήκοος με πολωνική καταγωγή, που ήταν μηχανικός και δούλευε στους γειτονικούς μύλους Αλλατίνι. Το σπίτι πέρασε στη Μαρί Λιχόβνικ και τους γιους της Ζαν και Αντουάν, επίγονοι των οποίων είναι σήμερα κληρονόμοι του διατηρητέου.
 Two-storey listed house built in 1901-1902, opposite the starting point of the tram in the Depot, designed by the famous architect Xenophon Paionidis.
At the beginning of the 20th century, Jean Lihovnik, an Austrian citizen of Polish descent who was an engineer working in the neighboring Allatini mills. The house passed to Marie Lihovnik and her sons Jean and Antoine, whose descendants are now heirs of the protected.
