C	Chris Vasileiadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρίσκεται στη λεωφόρο Β. Όλγας, στο νούμερο 144. Χτίστηκε στις αρχές του 1900 και είναι γνωστό και ως Βίλα Μπενί Φερνάντεζ. Πρόκειται για μια από τις 22 επαύλεις που διασώθηκαν στην παλιά περιοχή των Εξοχών. Αρχιτέκτονας και αυτού του κτιρίου, ο Π. Αριγκόνι.Στα χρόνια του Β' Παγκόσμιου Πολέμου, το κτίριο επιτάχτηκε από τους γερμανούς, όπως συνέβη με πολλά από τα αρχοντικά της Ανατολικής Θεσσαλονίκης, και στεγάστηκε εκεί η Γκεστάπο.Λειτούργησε όμως κι ως έδρα μιας ολιγομελούς υπηρεσίας, κύρια δράση της οποίας ήταν οι συλλήψεις και τα απάνθρωπα βασανιστήρια αγωνιστών της Αντίστασης της, της αδίστακτης Sipo-SD.Η Sipo-SD υπήρξε ακόμη η κύρια αρχή ασφαλείας του ναζιστικού καθεστώτος. Αρχηγός της ήταν ένας από τους πιο σκληρούς και ειδεχθείς, εγκληματίες των Ναζί, ο Ρέινχαρντ Χάιντριχ. Όλα αυτά δικαιολογούν και εξηγούν τους διάφορους θρύλους που έχουν συνδεθεί με τη βίλα, ότι δηλαδή τα βράδια ακούγονται φωνές και το κτίριο θεωρείται "στοιχειωμένο". Αργότερα, κατά τη διάρκεια του Ελληνικού εμφύλιου πολέμου, στη βίλα στεγάστηκε το Α’ Αστυνομικό Τμήμα της Ανατολικής Θεσσαλονίκης. Στη γωνία του περιφραγμένου οικοπέδου υπάρχει πολυβολείο, που αποτελεί απόδειξη για τις διαφορετικές χρήσεις του κτιρίου στο πέρασμα του χρόνου.Εξωτερικά, το κτίριο έχει περίτεχνο, σκαλιστό, ανάγλυφο διάκοσμο. Χαρακτηριστικό στοιχείο - γνώρισμα ακόμη, αποτελεί το αλεξικέραυνο στην πρόσοψη, με τη χρονολογία "1911". Περίπου μέχρι τις αρχές της δεκαετίας τους 1980, λειτουργούσε κατά την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων ως κατάστημα παιχνιδιών και στολιδιών. Οι πληροφορίες αναφέρουν ότι οι ιδιοκτήτες της έπαυλης βρίσκονται στη Γαλλία και είναι κληρονόμοι του αρχικού ιδιοκτήτη. Δυστυχώς πάντως, το πρώην πανέμορφο κτίριο, παραμένει στις μέρες μας εγκαταλειμένο, αφημένο στο έλεος και τη φθορά του χρόνου. It is located on V. Olgas Avenue, at number 144. It was built in the early 1900s and is also known as Villa Benny Fernandez. It is one of the 22 mansions that survived in the old area of Exochon. Architect of this building, P. Arigoni. During the Second World War, the building was commissioned by the Germans, as happened with many of the mansions of Eastern Thessaloniki, and the Gestapo was housed there. However, it also functioned as the seat of a small house. whose main actions were the arrests and inhumane torture of fighters of its Resistance, the ruthless Sipo-SD. The Sipo-SD was still the main security authority of the Nazi regime. Its leader was one of the harshest and most heinous Nazi criminals, Reinhard Heinrich. All this justifies and explains the various legends that have been associated with the villa, that is, in the evenings voices are heard and the building is considered "haunted". Later, during the Greek Civil War, the First Police Station of Eastern Thessaloniki was housed in the villa. In the corner of the fenced plot there is a machine gun, which is proof of the different uses of the building over time. Externally, the building has an ornate, carved, embossed decoration. A characteristic feature - still a feature, is the lightning rod on the facade, with the date "1911". Until about the early 1980s, it operated as a toy and jewelry store during the Christmas period. The owners of the mansion are reportedly in France and are the heirs of the original owner. Unfortunately, however, the former beautiful building remains abandoned nowadays, left to the mercy and wear and tear of time.

Κάθε χρόνο μπαίνει συνεργείο και κόβει τους αείλανθους που φυτρώνουν και ξαναφυτρώνουν στην αυλή. Ανήκει στην πτωχευμένη ασφαλιστική International Life που τελεί υπό εκκαθάριση. Abandoned early 80s, probably has been damaged by the earthquake of 1978. Every year comes in workshop and cut their aeilanthous that sprout and grow again in the courtyard. It belongs to the bankrupt insurance International Life which is in liquidation.

m	mila pilipovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many houses in this street, this mansion also was property of rich Jewish family that build there magnificent houses in this region which was very popular and famous for this population in the period before WWII. It was built 1900 or 1911,the sources can’t be specific, and during the execution of Jewish population from Thessaloniki,it was base for Gestapo.In 1980 was seasonal store for Christmas stuff but since then it is, unfortunately in todays conditions.
