Ν	Νικος Τσιργιωτης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ Εξυπηρετικόι.με κατανόηση σε τυχόν προβλήματα που προκύπτουν...Το προσωπικό στην κυριολεξία τρέχει...Έμεινα τρεις ώρες λόγω πολλών εξετάσεων και είδα πχ.τα τηλέφωνα δεν προλάβαιναν να χτυπήσουν δεύτερη φορά ,οι άνθρωποι προοθουνταν αμέσως χωρίς χαζές καθυστερήσεις....Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα..... Very helpful. With understanding of any problems that arise ... The staff is literally running ... I stayed three hours due to many exams and I saw, for example, the phones did not have time to ring a second time, people were immediately forwarded without stupid delays ... .I highly recommend it .....
G	Giannis Stv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλύτερα να αποφύγετε είναι ασυνεπείς στον χρόνο που λένε ότι θα έχετε τα αποτελέσματα (pcr test),η εξυπηρέτηση στο τηλέφωνο είναι λες και σου κάνουν χάρη που σου απάντησαν. Υπάρχουν εκατοντάδες εξεταστικά κέντρα στην Αθήνα θα είναι πολύ δύσκολο να βρείτε χειρότερο. Better to avoid they are inconsistent in the time they say you will have the results (pcr test), the service on the phone is as if they do you a favor that they answered you. There are hundreds of test centers in Athens it will be very difficult to find worse.

Δεν περίμενα καθόλου, μου έδωσαν αμέσως προτεραιότητα για να μην περιμένουμε (χωρίς να το ζητήσω) και όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό, σωστοί στην δουλειά τους και όλοι ήταν ευγενέστατοι! Μπράβο!! I went to have blood tests on my 2 year old daughter. I did not expect at all, they immediately gave me priority not to wait (without asking) and all the staff were very helpful, correct in their work and everyone was very kind! Well done!!
E	Evangelia Nani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δίδεται τελευταία η εντύπωση ότι το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο δεν είναι σε θέση να εξυπηρετήσει (έλλειψη προσωπικού;;;). Όχι πολλά χρόνια πριν, η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική. Μάλλον ο πιο εφικτός τρόπος εξυπηρέτησης είναι μέσω των κεντρικών γραφείων στους Αμπελόκηπους (άψογοι, εξυπηρετικότατοι, υποδειγματικοί). Unfortunately, the last impression is given that the call center is not able to serve (lack of staff ???). Not many years ago, telephone service was excellent. Probably the most feasible way of service is through the head offices in Ampelokipi (impeccable, very helpful, exemplary).

Μια γλυκύτατη κοπέλα εξυπηρετικότατη με ήθος ευγένεια ευέλικτη ως προς την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατώ ν αλλά δυστυχώς έκλεισε το κατάστημα και πηγαίνοντας πλέον στην Πλατ. Αμερικής ρώτησα και έμαθα ότι είναι στο κατάσημα Αγ. Παρασκευής. Δυστυχώς για μένα είναι πολύ μακριά να πάω ζηλεύω τους πελάτες που εξυπηρετεί και παρακαλώ να υπάρχει στα υπόψη της εταιρείας η εργατικότητα και το ήθος αυτής της κοπέλας.Μακάρι οι υπεύθυνοι των καταστημάτων να έχουν τα προσόντα της κ.Πρέτση I have been a customer of the Patision 125 store for many years since the late Spanos opened it. c	cyn thia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical tests were done fairly quickly and efficiently, but they did not offer email services for all results - apart from the bloodwork I did there. Also, it would be nice if the staff were more smiling and friendly - and would have a more polite demeanour towards elderly people coming in for tests. I would imagine they'd be taught about customer service before starting work there.
