Ι	ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ ΒΟΛ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ηθελα να κανω εξετασεις αιματος και μου ειπανε τα καλυτερα για την βιοιατρικη Μαρκοπουλου ,αν και μενω εξω απο το κεντρο της Κερατεας και ειναι μια αποσταση μεχρι το Μαρκοπουλο! τελικα αποζημιωθηκα!. Παρα πολυ ομορφο μεσα και η κοπελα στην υποδοχη ευγενεστατη ,αν και φοβομουνα την αιμοληψια δεν καταλαβα τιποτα , ελαφροχερα η κοπελα σε αλλα κεντρα ποναγε περισσοτερο. Διαβαζοντας τις αρνητικες αξιολογησεις εδω στην google, προτεινω στο καθε ατομο να μην επηρεαστει με τα αρνητικα σχολια και να ερθει κανονικα στο κεντρο και πιστευω οτι θα τους αποζημιωσει!. Οσο για τα προσωπικα δεδομενα υπογραφεις με ψηφιακη υπογραφη για να μπορεις να κατεβασεις τις απαντησεις στο email σου , και ενω μου ειπανε την επομενη ημερα μετα τις 18:30 θα εχουνε βγει ,οι εξετασεις ητανε ετοιμες στις 9:30 το πρωι , και μου ηρθε email , εβαλα τον κωδικο που μου δωσανε και τα κατεβασα !! :-) και δεν χρειαστηκε να τρεχω παλι , Θα σας ξανα προτιμησω!! :-) I wanted to do blood tests and he told me the best about Markopoulos biomedicine, although I live outside the center of Keratea and it is a distance to Markopoulos! T	Tati Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγε ο σύζυγος μου για καρδιολογικό έλεγχο που ζήτησαν από την ασφαλιστική και εκτός του ότι του προκάλεσαν έγκαυμα με το υγρό που τον έτριψαν για να βάλουν τα ηλεκτρόδια , το έβγαλαν ότι έχει και πρόβλημα με την καρδιά του. Σε άλλους 3 γιατρούς τρέξαμε και πήγαμε και όλοι τους γέλαγαν με τα αποτελέσματα που μας είπε η Βιοϊατρική . Θα πρέπει να κινηθούμε νομικά για ψυχική οδύνη τουλάχιστον. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!!! My husband went for a heart test that they asked from the insurance company and apart from the fact that they caused him a burn with the liquid that they rubbed him to put the electrodes, they also found out that he also has a problem with his heart. i	ilias thomopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα 3/1/22 που ο κόσμος ασχολείται πιο πολύ από κάθε άλλη φορά με την πανδημία του Κούλη επί 8 ώρες δεν απαντάνε στα τηλέφωνα. Το ισόγειο είναι άδειο. Δεν βρίσκεις κανέναν. 2-3 υπάλληλοι είναι έξω απ' το μοντέρνο κτίριο μέσα σε ένα isobox και ασχολούνται στο να παίρνουν δείγματα rapid και pcr. Εννοείται στις ακριβότερες τιμές σε όλη την περιοχή. Το σύνθημα έπεσε. Κονομαμε έχει κοσμο αυξήστε τις τιμές. Ξευτιλες!!!!! Today, 3/1/22, when people are more concerned than ever with the Koulis pandemic for 8 hours, they do not answer the phones. Β	ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ ΜΕΤΑΞΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χειριστή αντιμετωπιση. Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση. Το χειρότερο διαγνωστικό που έχω επισκεφθεί ποτέ. Στις 27 Δεκεμβρίου πήγα για μια απλή εξεταση αίματος. Περίμενα σχεδόν 1 ώρα και στο τέλος έφυγα! 3 υπάλληλοι στη ρεσεψιόν ασχολούνταν επί 40 λεπτά ΚΑΙ οι 3 με μια ασθενη που προβληματιζονταν αν την εξέταση της έπρεπε να την κάνει σήμερα ή αύριο ή μεθαύριο, τι ώρα να την κλείσει, πότε να φάει, τι να φάει κι όλα αυτά τα ΣΥΖΗΤΟΥΣΕ ΚΑΙ ΜΕ ΤΙΣ 3 υπαλλήλους ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΟΥΣΑΝ ΚΑΝΕΝΑΝ ΑΛΛΟΝ! Όταν μετά από διαβούλευσεις επι διαβουλευσεων, έφυγε η συγκεκριμένη, το ίδιο σκηνικό επαναλήφθηκε και με την επομενη ασθενη: επί 15 και πλέον λεπτά, συζητουσε η νεα ασθενής ΚΑΙ με τις 3 υπαλληλους(οι όποιες ΔΕΝ έκαναν τιποτ' αλλο πέρα από το να συζητανε), ενώ γύρω τριγυρναγαν κι άλλες υπάλληλοι με λευκές μπλούζες, βολταρωντας αμεριμνα κι αδιάφορες για τον κόσμο που περιμενε και ΜΗ κανοντας απολύτως τίποτα. Μετά κι ενώ ακόμα περίμενα, πήγε ένας άλλος κύριος και η συζήτηση ξεκινούσε από την αρχη: 3 κοπέλες συζητούσαν με τον ασθενή για το ποιες εξετασεις ήταν κατάλληλες για την περίπτωση του!!!! Στο διάστημα αυτό να σημείωσω πως ΔΕΝ είχαν φωναξει ούτε έναν ασθενη από όσους περίμεναν για αιμοληψία ή την οποία άλλη εξέταση. ΤΕΤΟΙΑ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΜΗ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗΣ ΑΣΘΕΝΩΝ, ΑΔΙΑΦΟΡΙΑΣ, ΜΗ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΚΟΤΗΤΑΣ, ΔΕΝ ΕΧΩ ΞΑΝΑΣΥΝΑΝΤΗΣΕΙ ΠΟΤΕ. ΔΕΝ ΘΑ ΣΥΝΕΣΤΗΝΑ ΣΕ ΚΑΝΕΝΑΝ ΝΑ ΠΑΕΙ ΣΤΟ ΣΥΓΚΕΚΡΙΜΕΝΟ ΔΙΑΓΝΩΣΤΙΚΟ( ΒΙΟΑΤΡΙΚΗ ΜΑΡΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ) ΚΑΙ ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΙΚΑ ΛΥΠΑΜΑΙ ΠΟΥ Ο ΟΜΙΛΟΣ " ΒΙΟΙΑΤΡΙΚΗΣ" ΑΝΕΧΕΤΑΙ ΤΕΤΟΙΕΣ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΕΙΣ ΑΠΟ ΣΥΝΕΡΓΑΤΕΣ ΤΗΣ. Operator treatment. Tragic service. The worst diagnostic I have ever visited. On December 27 I went for a simple blood test. I waited for almost 1 hour and in the end I left! 3 reception staff worked for 40 minutes AND 3 with a patient who was wondering if she should have her examination today or tomorrow or the day after, what time to close it, when to eat, what to eat and she was discussing all this with THE 3 EMPLOYEES AND DID NOT SERVE ANYONE ELSE! When, after consultation after consultation, the specific one left, the same scenario was repeated with the next patient: for more than 15 minutes, the new patient talked with the 3 employees (who did NOT do anything but talk) , while other employees in white T-shirts were walking around, wandering carelessly and indifferent to the people who were waiting and NOT doing anything at all. Then while I was still waiting, another gentleman went and the discussion started from the beginning: 3 girls were talking to the patient about which examinations were appropriate for his case !!!! During this time I should note that they had NOT called a single patient who was waiting for a blood draw or any other examination. SUCH A SITUATION OF NON-SERVICE OF PATIENTS, INDIFFERENCE, NON-FUNCTIONALITY, I HAVE NEVER MEET AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS SPECIFIC DIAGNOSTIC (MARKOPOULOU BIOMATRICS) AND I AM REALLY SORRY THAT THE "BIOMEDICS" GROUP TASES
K	Kelly Liachi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο πήγα για εξετάσεις αίματος 10 λεπτά δουλειά περιμένω 1 ώρα και επειδή ένας υπάλληλος έφερε δικό του άνθρωπο πέρασε μπροστά από εμάς!!! Είναι τραγικοί και δεν το συστήνω σε κανέναν. Το διαγνωστικό ήταν φουλ από κόσμο δούλευαν μόνο δυο και οι άλλοι καθόντουσαν και γελούσαμε και έπαιζαν με το κινητό!!! Worst of all I went for blood tests 10 minutes work I wait 1 hour and because an employee brought his own man he passed in front of us !!! They are tragic and I do not recommend it to anyone. The diagnostic was full of people, only two were working and the others were sitting and laughing and playing with their mobile phones !!!

D	Dim Ver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't answer the phone, anyway we took a chance and did the pcr test on Friday, 60 euros each, results came 24 hrs later for 3 out of 4 of us. The plane was leaving Sunday at 1300, and they don't work that day. Up until Sunday at 1200 I was back and forth with an operator in Smirni, (hence 2 stars), the stress was high to get the test results before losing our plane. Not a service I would recommend.

No one seemed to finish so I went over to the desk and asked. Apparently I was supposed to take a number from the machine. The worst thing was that the heart Triplex we went for, so that my daughter can take part in gymnastics was incomplete as it did not have the final result written declaring she was fit to take part and they cannot provide this because they are only a diagnostic center. Now it means another appointment and waiting for another trip to a doctor.
