Ι	Ιασων Γαργαλιανος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να βαλω 0 Αστερια θα το έβαζα. Δυστυχώς εξεπλαγειν με τον αντι επαγγελματισμο τους. Ζήτησα να μου στείλουν φωτιστικα ψυχρού φωτισμού. Αξιας ανω των 2500 ευρω. Στο τιμολόγιο που εφτασε στα χέρια μου ήταν όλα σωστα! Εδωσα τις κούτες με τα φωτιστικα στον ηλεκτρολόγο! Συνδεσε όλα τα φώτα κανονικα! Το βράδυ που άναψαν τα φωτα, είχαν θερμό χρώμα και μόνο 5 είχαν ψυχρο! Μετα το αρχικό σοκ ( δεν κοιμηθηκα όλο το βράδυ ) και όταν ξημέρωσε επικοινώνησα με την εταιρία! Μίλησα την ιδιοκτήτρια η οποία μου έδωσε ως λύση: 1. Να τα βάλω ανακατεμένα ώστε να μπερδεύονται! 2. Να τα βάλω κάπου που να μην φαίνονται! Φυσικά δεν αναγνώρισε το λάθος τους! Και αν ήταν λαθος πραγματικό ίσως να μην έγραφα καμία κριτική! Αλλα ήταν ένα λάθος εσκεμμένο! καθώς όταν της είπα ότι δεν δεχομαι τα κτήρια μου (εχω ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα) να γίνουν τσίρκο και αφου δεν δέχομαι τα θερμά φωτιστικά, και αφού δεν μου τα ανταλλάζετε με ψυχρά μιας και έχουν ήδη τοποθετηθεί, θέλω να κάνω μία καινουρια παραγγελία ξανα! 2300 ευρώ αυτή την φορά με ψυχρα φώτα! Μου απάντησε ότι τα ψυχρά έχουν τελειώσει! Δυστυχως τέτοιες εταιρείες για μένα μπαίνουν μαυρη λίστα! Ζητησαν και έλαβαν χρήματα για προιόντα που δεν είχαν ! Απαράδεκτοι σε όλα! Και θα ήθελα να αναφέρω και για την ποιότητα τους. Φωτιστικα μπάνιου 2 ετών σκούριασαν ήδη με χρήση μπάνιου μόνο 2 καλοκαίρια! Φωτιστικα εξωτερικού χώρου σε 1-2 χρόνια χάλασαν από τα 50 τα 8! όταν τα δύο χάλασαν μέσα στο μήνα, υπήρχε εγγύηση ! Αλλά λόγω απόστασης κτλ κτλ το κόστος ήταν 30 ευρω ανα φωτιστικό τα μεταφορικά με Κούριερ! If I could put 0 Stars I would put it. Unfortunately, they are evolving with their anti-professionalism. And if it was a real mistake, maybe I would not write any criticism! But it was a deliberate mistake! because when I told her I did not accept my buildings (a hotel unit) to become a circus, and since I do not accept the warm lamps, and since you do not exchange them with a cool one and they have already been placed, I want to make a new order again! 2300 euros this time with cool lights! She replied that the colds are over! Unfortunately, such companies for me are blacklisted! They asked for and received money for products they did not have! Unacceptable at all! And I would also like to mention their quality. 2 year old bathroom lamps have already darkened using bathroom only 2 summers! Outdoor lights in 1-2 years have dropped from 50 to 8! when both broke down in the month, there was a guarantee! But due to distance, etc, the cost was 30 euros per courier luminaire!

Μετά την τοποθέτηση ένα φωτιστικό τους δεν άναβε και επειδή βιαζόμουν προσπάθησα να το επιδιορθώσω μόνος πρόχειρα βάζοντας νέο τροφοδοτικό με αποτέλεσμα ουσιαστικά να αποκόψω τις συνδέσεις στο παλιό. Εν τέλει δεν είχε πρόβλημα το παλιό τροφοδοτικό ωστόσο η εγγύηση λόγο των πειραματισμών μου δεν ίσχυε πλέον. Άμεσα επικοινωνήσα με την εταιρεία και μετέφερα το φωτιστικό στις εγκαταστάσεις τους την ίδια μέρα. Το φωτιστικό επισκευάστηκε την επομένη μέρα και η εταιρία δεν ζήτησε αποζημίωση για τις εκτός εγγύησης εργασίες. High quality Greek made luminaires.
