★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accomodation, lots of fun at the bar. There is a parking place behind the apartments and along the street is a bakery and a supermarket which both offers nice food and drinks. We would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photos on the website don't show you the basic ground floor rooms, they are very small and VERY basic. No entertainment in the rooms or lobby, apart from a few very old magazines. It's extremely hot and muggy even when there's a breeze outside, you have to pay 45€ for air con and an extra 12€ for WiFi for 3 devices only, most of the time you can't connect to the WiFi. Advertised as a 3 star hotel but It's really a 2 star at a push. They're always trying to press you for extra money, we asked at reception for buses to Plaka but instead they tried to get an extra 49€ each for bus tours. You have to be out of the room for 10 even if your bus isn't going to be here until 7, you can however keep your room until 4 for an extra 20€.
Even when your trying to get some sleep there's noises coming from the kitchen sink which is about 5 foot away from your bed, it leeks throughout the night to scare the hell out of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't mind paying 12€ for WiFi (3 devices only) and 45€ for air conditioning it's great (I'm being sarcastic). It's really hot and stuffy in the rooms because they're tiny, even with the doors open it's awful, it's even worse at night because you have to close the doors so the bugs don't get in. The "kitchen" is about 5 foot away from the bed and the sink starts leaking at night and frightens you. The maids do knock on the door but don't give you enough time to answer and just let themselves in. A lot of hidden extras so be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite arriving at 3:30am we were given a warm welcome and shown to our temporary room which we stayed in for an additional night before being moved to our room for the rest of the week. The apartments are set in really pretty grounds with a lovely quiet pool and garden area that gets the sun for the majority of the day.
We stayed in a ground floor apartment which was rather compact but equipped with the basics but made up for by the lovely sunny terrace.
We didn't eat at the hotel but the food smelled good and the drinks were reasonable prices.
There is a well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
There is a busy road to cross to get to the beach and in to Stalis but there is an underpass just beyond the supermarket if you don't want to take a chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place, air con is a must at €45 also €15 for safe and tourist tax €65 all in. Great size pool 9ft at deep end, plenty things to do watersports or just relaxing on beach. On a whole great value for money.
