★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management of the garage. The private cars are put in a random position and unloading the garage takes a lot of time. Meanwhile at the top of the private car garage are put big tractors. This means that the private cars have to wait for the tractors to unload! This takes even more time to unload...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very sorry to write this review,but the seats reservation system is the worst I have ever used. We reserved the seats through the online system. We were 6 passengers and the seats were at different places in the boat. At our seats were sitting other passengers and was very unpleasant to ask them to change their seat as they had little children and infant. They also had the same problem. According to the reservation system they had to seat seperatelly the parents and the children!! Unfortunately, the staff did n't try to resolve the problems caused from the reservation system. I am travelling 13 years all over the world for business. This company is the worst that I have ever used. I am very sorry about that but not trust them unless they change their reservation system. To mention that we paid double fees (comparing to the regular ships) to be on time to our destination and the ship was 1,5 hours late for a 3,8 hours trip. This was an extra cost of 150 euros for me because I lost my business meeting.
