A	Amorfati Trips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a ferry with Mionian Lines from Piraeus to Mykonos. Online booking and payment via Direct Ferries went very smoothly. We just needed to print out and bring the confirmation. We thought, June 14, 2021, on the boat in Piraeus, the chaos began ... The confirmation doesn't count as a ticket but must be redeemed at the ticket kiosk at the port. The nearest one is closed and at the one +500 meters away the queue is standing still. Also there're two vending machines where you can print tickets and once there something's not working. An employee at Mionians says that it's the wrong type of booking number. The Greek who runs around like a scalded rat saves the situation and prints out the tickets for us. All credit to him and never again online booking. Mionian and/or Direct Ferries fix this mess so one can print the tickets at home, it's the 2020s if you've noticed?!?? Even worse, your computer separates people in these times of Covid?? We were not placed together and others were also separated, but we managed to fix it in disorder to booked seats.
S	Sebastian Wegel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ferries! Super fast and clean as well as comfortable. Crew is surprisingly friendly and tries to help where needed and possible. Also COVID safety measures are followed to a certain extend and significantly better than on other ferries I have taken in July 2021 (route Poros to Pireas). The rates are absolutely reasonable. After my experience with other ferry operators where I left my negative feedback I am happy to leave 5 stars for Minoan Lines! Thank you!

Cabins are great, vey clean and excellent staff, professional from boarding with the car to catering throughout the journey upto the arrival, all around top service. It's 5 ?????
G	Gaye Wyles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabin was clean & spacious. Shower only had very hot water, & no shower gel, so had to complain, but it was rectified. Beds were hard & it was quite noisy overnight with guests passing by outside. Would use again as convenient for our purpose.
S	Stuart Gepp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We caught the overnight ferry from Athens (Piraeus) to Crete (Hiraklion) on the Minoan Knossos Palace Ferry. The boarding process was very smooth. We checked in at the ticket booth a few hours before departure and could start boarding 2 hours before departure time. We had a birth with 2 single beds, window and private bathroom. The beds had thin mattresses but ok for 1 night. We felt no rockiness on the boat so experienced no sea sickness (we travelled mid May). There were some vibrations and noise at times which disturbs sleep but not too bad. The facilities and food on the boat were good. We had dinner at the self service restaurant and enjoyed our traditional Greek food (prices very reasonable). Pool and spa were empty of water. It was a nice experience versus flying and would recommend.
M	Mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always traveled with Anek Lines to go to Crete but, one day there were no tickets left for Anek so I had to go with Minoan Lines Kydon Palace. I was absolutely magnified from this super big ship. It was just amazing to see how clear the ship and the rooms were. Nothing damadged, super comfortable, very low prices, nice swimming pool, fast etc. Very nice one! Just give it a try!
