★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my car from Sfakianakis. I note that they had told me that the car would have run-flat tires which it didn't... Anyway, with the service:
2nd year service they found a crack in the engine support and the battery in the SOS phone was down. They ask for this service around 800 euros... Then a couple of months later the fluid in my breaks was low and I had to take it back there. In my question why didn't they check it then and "refill" it, they told me that at the time there wasn't such a need and that this is a requirement after the 2nd year. Obviously they want to charge me for the extra visit. My advise is, although their repairs are ok (I suppose) they are to be avoided and better to trust someone else. Very dissapointed as a customer and frustrated with their attitude. It is very probable in the future for me not to buy a BMW car, if BMW Hellas (with whom I spoke during the 2nd year service and they were extremely polite and helpful) is willing to have this kind of service to its clients from its official service agents..

Only drawback is that it is really busy and you might need to wait till you can talk for your issue..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my BMW from them ten years ago. During these years, when in Athens, I was doing the repairs with them. When I asked them last September about trading old for a new car, they have offered me 50% of the market value. Two weeks ago, I took my car because the red oil sign on the dashboard turned on. They changed two oil pressure valves, 320 euros. My brother brought the car to me from the service last week because I had Covid. He told me that car does not work correctly, and there is a red check-in sign ( a car lift) on the dashboard. When I took it for a drive two days ago, it was losing the power and almost shutting down when pressing the brake. I took it back, and yesterday they told me it's a "catalitis?" and cost 1,900 euros. I said it was running fine before I brought it to them, and if there was a problem, why it did not show days before on the first check.. The answer was coincidence????????. I am talking with my lawyer to sue them in court. I put one star because there is no minus star or zero—shame on You.
