DO NOT USE. We booked a charter through a reputable company unaware that they were using Kiriakoulis as a supplier. We had an awful experience from beginning to end. Customer service is a concept lost on this organisation. We were very delayed in getting access to the boat. The boat was not maintained resulting in a dangerous situation where a waste pipe below the waterline came away leaving water flooding in. It was clear from the moment we picked the boat up that the waste system had not been maintained so was avoidable with basic checks. None of the gauges worked and we were told this when we picked the boat up as if it was normal. Their attitude was down right rude and no attempt was made to apologise or put right any of the issues, in fact we were thrown off the boat with no thought to where we might sleep on the last evening of our holiday. Do not charter from this bunch if you value your life.

Unprofessional service. Zero support - we were harassed by the owners of the catamaran because we didn't clean it, even though we paid 6k euros including cleaning. Skipper was unprofessional - horrible experience.

The WORST COMPANY in the world. We hired a boat for 3 weeks in Greece and it was the scariest experience of our life. We were stuck at sea with NO HELP. They took our money and never replied to our emails or calls. AVOID at all cost.

DO NOT BOOK!! It's a scam. They will take your money and never care about you or your safety . They are con artists . Boats are broken. Skippers are freelancers and don't take responsibility. You will get someone drunk and you have a high chance of getting hurt. Kiriacoulis doesn't care and will not help you ever. Never book if you have a family.

We booked in June a Sun Loft 47 for a two weeks cruise departing from Athens on Saturday, July 31. On Friday, July 30, an email from Kiriacoulis tells us that the boat will be available only on Sunday, August 1. On Saturday 31st, when we called the charter base, we learned that the boat was in fact still 400 miles away from Athens and that it would not be available for another 3 or 4 days. As a result, instead of sailing in the Cycladic Islands, the 11 crew members are now stuck on land, in Athens, with temperatures reaching 40° C, without having been able to organize ourselves for these waiting days. Kiriacoulis knew for a long time that this boat would be several days late and did not tell us. They could have found an alternative (there is no shortage of charter boats in Athens this summer), but did not do anything about it. The mail we sent on Saturday morning to ask for alternative options has not received an answer. And this Sunday, our phone calls remain unanswered. We thought that using a company that presents itself as a large charter group would avoid this kind of problem. We are deeply disappointed!

The worst experience ever with a boat service. After an engine failure they didn’t give us a proper assistance so we lost a lot of days in our vacations and they don’t want to give us back the money we paid as compensation. They were really rude and here below what happened to us: -Skipper provided by them was so unprofessional. We asked immediately to change him but they replied really late and they wanted to make us come back from our trip to change him (more than 6 hours of navigation). -No problem solving from the agency -Skipper and so the agency didn’t show us the stuff of the boat properly and most importantly he didn’t advise on emergency plan and emergency stuff to use. This was really dangerous. - The tender never worked well, except for 1-2 days up to 8 days of vacation. In case of emergency this is also a thing that was missing. - We never received the proper instructions to go to the beach. Once we also risked to have a fine because we were using the tender before asking him if it was possible (and he said yes). Someone has also called the police and he had to run away. Insane! - We literally waiting a tremendous amount of time writing email, trying to solve problems. It was definitely not a proper vacation. - We stayed 24 hours without water and we had to wait 4 hours to make it repair. - The tender was broken, we make it repair and after a day it went broken again. Don’t book your boat with this company!!!! Do a favor to yourselves and save your vacation.

Early check in, no chance.. food which was ordered in advance was delivered two hours late. It is basically not possible to reach this Company via phone. Boat was okay.. could have been cleaner and the kitchen was very poorly supplied. Not even a fork for every Person.. thanks to the boat owner we had a good introduction to everything. The transfer back was late and organised for only 2 poeple instead of 9. So an additional taxi was needed. Would not recommend if you find an alternative..

We invested in a charter yacht with Kiriacoulis twice, each 5,5, years. Own use has been a mixed bag, but also with some enjoyable moments in Greece, Croatia, the Caribbean and Italy (mostly through partners). When the last contract expired, in 2017, we contracted Kiriacoulis to sell the yacht at a commission. They did not, and kept chartering our yacht for three years (still not paid us for two of the three years). We then gave up and asked for transfer of ownership. For long, they ignored us, then eventually told us that we could not, apparently because it was booked by customers, at some point long in the future. We engaged a broker, a surveyor, found a customer, sand found out, through back channels, that Kiriacoulis had registered the yacht in Italy and had a long-standing disagreement with the Greek tax authorities. They were simply not allowed to transfer ownership by the authorities. This was a complete deception; our local agent also had no idea. Communication has been terrible, mostly ignoring our questions. The condition of the yacht, documented by our surveyor twice, has been terrible also when declared for inspection (with dirty laundry even). Then they also told us that they do not honor the contract any longer since it expired by the end of the charter period. Enabling them to practically hand over a wreck. A couple of years later they asked us to come and pick it up, which of course is way too late. We’re seeing them in court soon, but in the meantime – for anyone considering investing in a charter boat with Kiriacoulis: Don’t. PS! I see employees give google-reviews.
