M	Mary Stardust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά δεν υπάρχουν λόγια για την εξυπηρέτηση και τον επαγγελματισμό τους και την ευγένεια. Αρχικά σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο αμέσως. Και κάνουν οτιδήποτε περνάει από το χέρι τους για να εξυπηρετήσουν. Σε πρόβλημα που είχα με την παράδοση της αποστολής μου, βρέθηκε άμεση λύση με δικό τους κόστος και χρόνο. Είναι επαγγελματίες σε όλα τους. Ευχαριστώ There really are no words for their service and professionalism and courtesy. First they pick up the phone immediately. And they do whatever it takes to serve. In a problem I had with the delivery of my shipment, an immediate solution was found with their own cost and time. They are professionals in all of them. Έ	Έφη Γιαννούλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο κούριερ είχε πάει σε λάθος σπίτι ,( είχα βάλει ολόκληρη την διεύθυνση με διευκρινηση κιόλας ) και επέμεναν με εξαιρετική αγένεια ότι δεν άκουσα το κουδούνι με πρόσβαλε κιόλας ο υπεύθυνος στο κατάστημα . The courier had gone to the wrong house (I had put the whole address with clarification already) and they insisted with great rudeness that I did not hear the bell and the person in charge of the store insulted me.

Σ	Στελιος Καρ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει πάει στη courier το δέμα εδώ και 5 μέρες,το "site" ο θεός να το κάνει γράφει ανάθεση στον οδηγό εδώ και 2 μέρες, φανταστείτε πως με πήραν τηλέφωνο από το μαγαζί που έκανα την παραγγελία για να με ρωτήσουν αν παρέλαβα το δέμα γιατί τους φάνηκε περίεργο,μου έδωσε ένα τηλ ανάθεμα και αν έβγαλα άκρη , τέλος πάντων το δέμα ακόμα να το πάρω εδώ και μια βδομάδα. The parcel has been sent to the courier for 5 days, the "site" god forbid it writes an assignment to the driver for 2 days, imagine that they called me from the store where I placed the order to ask me if I received the parcel why it seemed strange to them, he gave me a damn phone and if I got an edge, I can still get the package a week ago.

M	Mike Axiotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/1/2022 - Κάλεσα να μάθω σχετικά με ένα δέμα που περιμένω να παραλάβω, καθώς το κακοφτιαγμένο site τους έγραφε "Έγινε Ανάθεση σε Οδηγό" και τίποτα παραπάνω. Η κυρία που σήκωσε την γραμμή, αναζήτησε το δέμα μου και με ενημέρωσε ότι το έχει μαζί του ο οδηγός και με ενημέρωσε ότι μάλλον θα το παραλάβω σήμερα. Ρώτησα, τι εννοεί μάλλον, αφού το είχε μαζί του για παράδοση και μου απάντησε ότι ήταν μια δύσκολη μέρα και ότι αν δεν γίνει σήμερα η παράδοση θα γίνει αύριο. Θα επανέλθω για τον επίλογο αύριο, αν παραλάβω. 12/1/2022 - Εντέλει παρέλαβα σήμερα το δέμα μου. Πάλι χωρίς καμια ενημερώση για την άφιξη του διανομέα. Αλλάζω την αξιολόγιηση μου από 1 αστέρι σε 3 και ελπίζω να βελτιώσετε το τρόπο παράδοσεων. 11/1/2022 - I called to find out about a parcel I am waiting to receive, as their poorly made site read "Guided Assignment" and nothing more. The lady who picked up the line, looked for my parcel and informed me that the driver had it with him and informed me that I would probably pick it up today. I asked him what he meant, since he had it with him for delivery and he replied that it was a difficult day and that if delivery is not done today it will be done tomorrow. I will be back for the epilogue tomorrow, if I receive it. 12/1/2022 - I finally received my parcel today. Again without any notification of the arrival of the distributor. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 and I hope you improve the delivery method.
