They never deliver the packages to the destination address. They purposely update the status of the delivery that the addressee was absent. If you visit them at the same time, surprisingly they have the package at their premises (although it is supposed to be with the courier)...Total scam

The service was ok but rather slow.

This branch office must close...Totally unprofessional in all the possible ways. They don't answer the phone, don't deliver in the house as suppose to, don't call you to let you know about the package, they fake scan and then update the status for Inability to deliver (lie). It's like you have a package in some random warehouse in China and you just hope to get it after a long period of time and doesn't return to the sender. Of course every time I have to inform the company, which I place order from, about the poor delivery services and to suggest to stop collaborate with this local courier. Good luck now days with all the competition, you will need it...

they fake updated that they are unable to find me i was home they never came. After 1 hour of not answering the phone they told me that my package was in michalakopoulou 206 35 min from me they just dropped it off there without asking me or anything .Greek corporation at its finest

The most unprofessional service we have ever experienced from a courier service. We were expecting a parcel and without prior notification like other companies do, the deliverer rang the bell 3 times in a row with percistence. It took us 5 seconds to go and answer and open the building’s main door but the deliverer was already gone. We then received an SMS message asking us to contact the main office of Zografou.. We called and rescheduled the delivery for the next day explaining to the employee what the deliverer did for their own information and improvent. A few minutes later, we received a call on our personal mobile, from the deliverer himself, shouting and speaking not appropriatelly, asking why we informed the main office and threatening us. Then we called the main office again asking with what permission the deliverer is calling on our personal mobile phone threatening us. Their reply was that it is our words against theirs and that we are forcing them to lose time. We asked to speak with a responsible but again they threatened us and told us they will not deliver us again. Unfortunatelly, there is no responsible, no responsibility from their part and no customer service in order to find a solution, obviously explaining the reason of their unprofessional behaviour. Of course we are not feeling sorry that they have “blacklisted” us but we do feel sorry for the store from where we ordered as we will not do it again since they cooperate with them.

The worst employees, very impolite, if you have a choice, never use this company… they never bother to deliver to your place. And then they tell you to go pick up in store and bear the brunt of their rude employees

This delivery company has not attempted delivery. I was at home and did not receive a notification card either. Geniki Taxydromiki lies by claiming to have made a delivery attempt. This company is not reliable at all.
