★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a shame that i can not put no stars for this review as they do not even deserve one star. They leave their phone headset at the side so you can not call them. Been to their office and they were really rude and uncooperative. They should close their stores and never work as a courier company ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a package in 9 days from Shein (2 people came by car) and half of the products were missing in my package! I paid 81EUR and got only 30EUR of the products! I received the accessories but not the clothes! Λύστε μου το θέμα αλλιώς θα πάω στην αστυνομία! I already opened a ticket on Shein and opened a dispute on PayPal. Next thing is going to the police! They never pick up the phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never answer the phone so yhe only option is to go to the shop and they don’t ring the doorbell when they come to deliver so in the end you have to go to their shop which is literally in the middle of nowhere and is open literally never

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is impossible to get in touch with them. They close the phone immediately after you call them. I am waiting for my package already two weeks and cannot get in touch with them! Do not use this “ company “ if I can call it a company at all! Orders, which were made at the same time but shipped with different couriers arrived 1-2 weeks ago and I am still waiting the order with DPD. This is disaster!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dpd “lost “ my huge suitcase , full of personal belongings. Later , they declined the police officer access to the investigations. I am wondering if this means they know that someone stole it and they are trying to cover it up or it is so embarrassing for them that they lost a huge suitcase and never conducted an investigation about that, that they are ltrying to erase that enormous mistake. Anyway, both ways , this company is a joke and CANNOT be trusted . To anyone else who is considering to use it , please DONT. I have already persuaded some companies to stop the collaboration with Dpd and I won’t stop that fight against them !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading so many bad reviews, I was a little worried about using DPD to send fragile items. I sent packages to Holland and Belgium, and they arrived in less than a week and in perfect condition. The cost was also approximately half of what other companies asked for. Thank you!
