P	Property Time on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η συνεργασία μας με το γραφείο ήταν άκρως επιβαρυντική. Κληθήκαμε πολλάκις να διορθώνουμε και να επαναλαμβάνουμε πράγματα, γιατί η βοηθός (στην οποία είχαν αναθέσει το συμβόλαιό μας) αδυνατούσε να κατανοήσει μια απλή πληροφορία. Οπότε χρειάστηκε να σπαταλήσουμε παραπάνω χρόνο και χρήμα για αυτονόητα πράγματα, που σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα έπρεπε να είχαν συμβεί. Έτσι βρεθήκαμε να πηγαίνουμε στην εφορία δις, γιατί οι πρώτες δηλώσεις βγήκαν σε φυσικό πρόσωπο, ενώ είμαστε εταιρία. Βρεθήκαμε να επαναλαμβάνουμε πολλάκις στη συγκεκριμένη βοηθό τη διεύθυνση κατοικίας της διαχειρίστριας της εταιρίας, με όλους τους τρόπους (τηλεφωνικά, γραπτώς και δια ζώσης κατά την υπογραφή του συμβολαίου!), μόνο και μόνο για να παραλάβουμε αντίγραφα με τη λάθος διεύθυνση, τα οποία και αυτά είχαν σταλεί σε λάθος διεύθυνση! Οπότε όλο αυτό μας πήγε μια εβδομάδα πίσω σε όλα, επιβαρύνοντάς μας με περαιτέρω μετακινήσεις. Η βοηθός είχε δυσκολία να κατανοήσει μια απλή πληροφορία. Αισθανόμασταν σαν να μην μιλούσαμε σε άτομο με στοιχειώδη νοημοσύνη. Είχε δυσκολία ακόμη και στην αντιγραφή. Την πλήρη επωνυμία της εταιρίας χρειάστηκε να τη γράψει 3 φορές (αντιγράφοντάς την από πρωτότυπο που της είχε δοθεί), για να πετύχει τον σωστό τρόπο γραφής της (κατά την ημέρα υπογραφής του συμβολαίου). Γεγονός το οποίο -εκτός όλων των άλλων- κυριολεκτικά εξάντλησε την υπομονή μας και δοκίμασε την ψυχική μας ηρεμία, αποτρέποντάς μας -«μαχαίρι»- από οποιαδήποτε μελλοντική συνεργασία με το συγκεκριμένο συμβολαιογραφείο. Our cooperation with the office was extremely aggravating. We were called many times to correct and repeat things, because the assistant (to whom our contract had been assigned) could not understand a simple piece of information. So we had to waste more time and money on obvious things, which in no case should have happened. So we found ourselves going to the tax office twice, because the first declarations came out in person, while we are a company. We found ourselves repeating many times to the specific assistant the home address of the manager of the company, in all ways (by phone, in writing and in person at the signing of the contract!), Only to receive copies with the wrong address, which also were sent to the wrong address! So all this took us a week back to everything, burdening us with further travels. The assistant had difficulty understanding simple information. We felt as if we were not talking to a person with elementary intelligence. He even had difficulty copying. He had to write the full name of the company 3 times (copying it from an original given to him), in order to achieve the correct way of writing it (on the day of signing the contract). A fact which -among all others- literally exhausted our patience and tested our peace of mind, preventing us - "knife" - from any future cooperation with the specific notary.

I had an appointment for the 30 December and my mom 81 years old landed in hospital with heart attack symptoms so we cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for 10 am on the 31st December. We arrived at 9.45am only to be told that the appointment was not verified. We were told that the documents needed for the sale needed to be drawn up - why would you setup an appointment without having the sale papers ready so from an appointment that was for 10 am we have reached 11am and still waiting for the papers to be completed. COMPLETLY INCOMPETENT service. I suggest you find another office to assist you with you papers. Καλά θα κάνετε να πάτε σε άλλο γραφείο για να σας εξυπηρετήσουν διότι εδώ είναι απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά τους προς τους πελάτες πέρα από ότι είμαστε εδώ πάνω από μία ώρα και χαρτιά ακόμα δεν είναι έτοιμα. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ τελικά. The worst service ever.
