Ο χειρότερος οργανισμός, χανει δέματα συστημένα, χρεώνει τέλη σε δώρα που στελνει κόσμος από ολο τον κοσμο και στέλνει ειδοποιήσεις για παραλαβή αφού το εχει γυρίσει πίσω και δεν έχει όμως επιστραφεί και προφανώς κάποιος το εχει πάρει. Ο Διευθυντης τι κανει ??? Έχασαν την μπάλα σε αυτό το κράτος. Τόσο πείνα? Τόσο αφασια? Τοσο μπάχαλο?

Μου έχασαν δέμα αξίας 200 ευρώ και δεν αναλαμβάνουν καμία ευθύνη... Παιδία ειλικρινά κλείστε το.ειστε εκνευριστικά κακότροποι και επικύνδινα μη εξυπηρετικοί.εμένα ποιός θα με αποζημιώσει?

Η χειρότερη υπηρεσία. Δεν θα το πρότεινα.Μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις. Μου έχουν στείλει δέμα από τις 9 του μηνός και ο μήνας έχει 14 και ακόμα δεν έχει έρθει. Από την Αμερική να μου το είχαν στέιλει πιο γρήγορα θα ερχόταν. Εννοείται ότι παρακολουθώ τη διαδρομή του δέματος. Για να δούμε πότε θα έρθει...........

From 16 places to serve the people only 2 was working and a lot of people was waiting

This is a review for ELTA as a whole, not this branch. ELTA is by far the worst mail service, a joke really, and one star is sadly a compliment. Awful business hours, no one ever picks up the phone, there is no updated information on their site about location days and hours of operation, absolutely no mail facilitations (drop off [in store or at other locations], archaic services, no app, no internet facilitations, just nothing. The only way to get anything done UNproductively is to go to whichever branch, pray there is not a line, and maybe you'll get your job done. To give an example: It's Friday 16.18 right now and my local branch is, of course, closed for today. I am certainly not driving to the main branch downtown, about two hours back and forth in traffic plus parking woes, to mail what I want. So, as a reasonable human being, I want to find out which branches are open tomorrow, Saturday, and where, so I can mail what I want. Easy, right? WRONG! The ELTA webpage, predictably, does not have a list of what I need because their site is so ancient and outdated that the designated page for this information does not work. In God's good name, surely this can't be that hard to fix, right?? Presumably a novice/student web designer could resolve this simple problem, that would help the entire country, right?? RIGHT??!! So I call their main line, which is open supposedly until 18.00, but no one picks up. Finally, I Google search, just in case, but the information I find is from years ago, thus unreliable. So, what I am I to do? Am I supposed to drive to every branch near me tomorrow and hope one is open? Call them when I know they won't pick up? Drive to the main one downtown? What's the solution here? The UNsolution here, my friends, is a majestic Greek "ντοντ γουόρι" (don't worry). Be unproductive, enjoy the weekend, live life a little, watch paint dry, and wait until Monday morning. I just can't believe such a SHΙΤ business still exists.
