5 αστέρια αμέσως στο μαγαζί. Πρώτα και κύρια για την ευγένεια τόσο της κοπέλας όσο και του ιδιοκτήτη και τη θέληση να με βοηθήσουν με την αγορά μου και να μου λύσουν τις απορίες. Δεύτερο πολύ σημαντικό η παραγγελία ήρθε σπίτι μου (εντός Αθ'ηνας) ακριβώς την επόμενη μέρα όπως και με είχαν ενημερώσει. Αυτό το εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα καθώς για να πώ και τον πόνο μου είχα επιχερήσει ΚΑΚΩΣ πιο πριν να πάρω το ίδιο προϊόν από Μεγαθήριο του εξωτερικού οι οποίοι χάσανε το δέμα στη μεταφορά xD. Ενα ευχαριστώ Inline Roller Shop για την καλή συσκευασία και την καλή λειτουργία του προϊόντος.

Purchased a skateboard for my daughter from here. I'll admit, I'm not a skateboard expert, but it was a Christmas gift and it's her first one, so I chose an affordable one for starters. Ended up purchasing a 40 euro board along with some protective gear. Everything went well with the purchase until the unwrapping of the gift and noticed that it would veer to the left when rolled over a flat surface. Checked some skater forums and confirmed that a skateboard should never do that when it is brand new and recommended that I return it. I contacted the store with the intention to exchange it for one that wasn't crooked and spoke to an employee named Ιωαννα. Her response was that I shouldn't have expected much from a 40 euro skateboard. No apology, no attempts to accommodate a customer who was sold a defective product that JUST WANTED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ONE THAT WORKED...nothing. She was obnoxious, resistant and dishonest. She asked for photos of the item for me to prove that it wasn't used (which I sent), but then changed her tune and said the return would be honored only after it was carefully inspected for use. She then had the audacity to question why I didn't request a return immediately, but instead waited until after the holidays and that I have 14 business days to request a return BY LAW. When I explained that the law states otherwise, she changed it to "by store policy"... My case has since been forwarded to the manager, who has informed me that the return period has passed (which is debatable since they are technically not open during this time), and would be willing to inspect and repair it for me or otherwise I will be able to exchange it once the stores open back up (which is what I wanted in the first place). Update: I have not heard back from them and it's been a couple of weeks since I wrote this review. Terrible store, terrible employees, and no faith in their customers or their products. Save yourself from the trouble of dealing with these unprofessional people and look elsewhere.

One of the very few shop where you can find and try in line rollers. Staff is there to help. This shop could be easily bigger and have a different approach in terms of design and shopping. It needs to be upgraded asap in order to attract more people. Keep up the good work.
