Don't belive this place is ultra all inclusiv. It is a skam. They charge everithing from the intirior bar and the pool bar after 23.00 o clock. And during the day they are charging money gor some quind off alchoolic drink and non alchoolic drink like expreso fredo shame on you BOMO RETHYMNO. The rooms are not celanit ok. The sheets are changed 2 per vacation. You have to asck to change the towels. The airconditioner brock and destroymy laptop wifii phone charger and ather electronics. They sad that is not theyr folt. So totaly is a ultra shetinclusiv.

Arriving at Bomo club less than 8 hours ago we were dumb struck by the overall hotel and their management! After reading all the negative reviews of the hotel we were hoping that they were going through some teething stages and by the time we arrived they would’ve been sorted out. To put things straight, the reviews have been way too faint about previous holiday goers true experiences. On arrival we were treated greatly by the front end staff, which are capable of communicating in English without any hassles ( I am mentioning this as previous reviews have said otherwise ), they did their best to get our holiday started before the check in time. After spending 3 hours in the sun we went to check if our room was prepared as we have a toddler which needed some tlc. Unfortunately the room was not yet ready and were told to go enjoy our lunch and then return after. On our return we were given our key to our “room”, I don’t blam the hotel for this but there might have been a miscommunication about the package we had purchased and were given the dungeon of a room without a window after spending such a substantial amount for the hotel. On the arrival to the room, the bed had been made and the towels had been changed, yet the floors were filthy. I took a piece of toilet paper and whipped the floor and it was somewhat disgusting (see the pictures). Returning to the front desk asking for the manager in charge I was given Despina who said it had been under repair and that’s the reason for the filth, yet we were given the key. She constantly argued and was stating that’s what you get for the room purchase (having worked in the hospitality industry she has all but no experience with customer relations and does not know how to communicate with them in the appropriate way), asking her to upgrade us at our own cost she seemed to nudge it off and now we are bound in this faith ridden dungeon for close on a fortnight.

Very nice beach front hotel. Staff is super nice. It is an all-inclusive hotel which is usually not my flavor but u cannot complain when u get more than u need... food is very good.

It was amazing Vacation with this hotel. Everything was always clean and tidy. Personal were kindly. Good food and drinks. Luxury rooms and view of to the sea. But we have small minus points too: 1. The width of the beach is maximum 5m 2. Around the hotel is nothing interesting and lots of rubish. When you want to see something nice i can recomend to you visit Rethymno. It is only 10kk from here. There you can rent car or motorbikes cheaper then here.

We got an wonderful ultra last minute all inclusive offer in this hotel for a week. I was very curious if it will be everything true, what was described in the offer. And it was true, 100%. The hotel is new renovated, the rooms are not big, but very nice and clean. We got a room wit sea view it was absolutly magnific to listen the waves, a little balcony, a wine expect us in room, daily minibar with water, beer and orange. The food was very delicious, water melone???, a lot of salad and fruits. The staff very friendly. What I did not like it, the music at the pool was to loud even after 11 PM. And one more thing: they surprised me on my birthday with a salad plate and a chanmagne. In this way I would like to thank them for this kindnes!???????

This is a great hotel. Just got back and we really enjoyed it. It's new and still has some work to be done to improve and during last week they added some names of the food in the restaurant so you know what is offered, but not on everything. One night there was live music by the pool and the same musician played in the restaurant during breakfast. There was some misunderstanding with changing bed sheets and towels and we had to go and ask to have bed sheets changed after 4 days of staying. Towels you need to throw on the floor to have it changed. The beach is not wide, but it's ok. Lifeguard doesn't let people get into water if the waves are high - this happened once during our stay. There is also the pool. Don't get the seaside view room as you're paying extra for looking at the pool and the room being at the ground floor lower than pool level you won't see any sea from the room's balcony.

Decent place to travel for vacation. Good looking hotel overall. Rooms are clean and nice, with little balconies. Food is great in general, wide choice of meals, everyone can find food that suits him. Wonderful pool and beach, with sand and rocks in water. There is also nice restaurant located just right to hotel. Only thing to note is that "all inclusive" option works till 11PM. Overall, great place to stay.

We had a small misunderstanding at the start, but we’ve found a way to figuring it out. It was our first all inclusive experience, and we are truly happy to stay at this place. Surreal and authentic architecture within the colorful sunsets. Clean rooms and friendly staff, really looking the way to help you. Food is fresh and various, veggies, meat and fruits. Pharmacy, gas station and coffee point are in the walking distance. Gorgeous sea view accommodation. We will definitely recommend this marble piece of art!
