h	hanne lodewijckx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het hotel was een serieuze tegenvaller voor ons. Zeker zijn sterren niet waard. Voor ons Max. 3 sterren. Om met het positieve te beginnen: Sommige personeelsleden waren vriendelijk. De check-in ging vlot. Ligging vlak bij het strand. Maar… - het buffet was beperkt maar belangrijker: Het eten was altijd koud. Niet lauw, maar echt koud. - Ik kreeg een mindervalide kamer maar het hotel was helemaal niet voorzien voor mindervaliden, zo zijn er bijvoorbeeld geen liften voor de zwembaden - Mijn ouders hadden een zwim-up kamer, die lag 24/24u in de schaduw. De andere swim-up kamers hadden zon tot Max. 14 uur - beide kamers hadden een slechte douche. De volledige badkamer was nat door een te kleine douchewand of bij een gebrek aan een douchewand. - de lobbybar was tijdens ons volledige verblijf gesloten - de poolbar was wel open. Hier kreeg je niet de gekende merken maar steeds alternatieven, de ene al beter dan de anderen. - het andere zwembad is dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe Het hotel is ook helemaal gericht op Poolse mensen. Alle info is dan ook in het Pools geschreven en ook de keuken werd hieraan aangepast. Wij hebben dan ook minstens 1x per dag buiten het hotel gegeten. The hotel was a serious let down for us. Definitely not worth stars. For us Max. 3 stars. To start with the positive: Some staff members were friendly. The check-in went smoothly. Location near the beach. But… - the buffet was limited but more importantly: The food was always cold. Not lukewarm, but really cold. - I was given a disabled room but the hotel was not equipped for disabled people at all, for example there are no lifts for the swimming pools - My parents had a swim-up room, which was in the shade 24 hours a day. The other swim up rooms had sun up to max. 14 hours - both rooms had a bad shower. The full bathroom was wet due to a shower enclosure that was too small or due to a lack of a shower enclosure. - the lobby bar was closed during our entire stay - the pool bar was open. Here you did not get the well-known brands but always alternatives, some better than others. - the other pool is in urgent need of a makeover The hotel is also completely focused on Polish people. All information is therefore written in Polish and the kitchen was also adapted to this. We ate outside the hotel at least once a day.

Spędzieliśmy tam fajny urlop! :) PLUSY: - czystość w pokojach, sprzątanie na życzenie - ogólnie w całym hotelu baaaardzo czysto - obsługa fantastyczna, są osoby mówiące również po polsku więc bez języka każdy się odnajdzie! duza pomoc w wypożyczeniu samochów oraz wytłumaczeniem jak jeżdzą pobliskie autobusy. - jeśli wyjeżdzaliśmy na cały dzień dostawaliśmy jedzenie na drogę - w dniu wyjazdu kuchnia bardzo wcześnie podała śniadanie i ochroniarz we własnej osobie zrobił nam kawe<3 - TAK PAN OCHRONIARZ NA PLUS<3 - morze jest czyste i daleko jest płytko ale plaża malutka! MINUSY: - jedzenie często zimne, nie przygotowywane na żywo jak to w 5* hotelach bywa, śniadania monotonne, ale kolacje mniam! - leżaki na plaży od rana zarezerwowane przez polaków a później całe dnie nikt się tam nie pokazuje :< - beach bar mało atrakcyjny, brak ciekawych przekąsek, alkohole to baaardzo słodkie lemoniadki Hotel raczej dla osób dorosłych, brak jakichkolwiek animacji czy chociaż muzyki... :( The hotel certainly does not deserve to be called 5 , but 4 will be ok. We had a nice holiday there! :) PROS: - cleanliness in the rooms, cleaning on request - generally, the whole hotel is soooo clean - fantastic service, there are people who also speak Polish, so everyone will find it without a language! great help in renting cars and explaining how the nearby buses run. - if we were away for the whole day, we got food for the road - on the day of departure, the kitchen served breakfast very early and the security guard himself made us coffee <3 - YES PAN PROTECTOR ON PLUS <3 - the sea is clean and the distance is shallow, but the beach is tiny! MINUSES: - often cold food, not prepared live as it happens in 5 * hotels, monotonous breakfasts, but dinners yum! - sunbeds on the beach reserved by Poles from the morning, and then nobody shows up there all day: < - beach bar not very attractive, no interesting snacks, alcohol is veeery sweet lemonade The hotel is rather for adults, no animations or at least music ... :(
