D	Dimitris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανουν καλή δουλειά ,έχουν φυσιολογικές τιμές και ειναι ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. They do a good job, have normal prices and are polite and helpful.
A	Anna Polychroniou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρέλαβα φλοκάτη με λεκέδες, ενώ παρέδωσα φλοκάτη χωρίς λεκέδες. Η τιμή είναι έκπληξη και εννοείται ότι δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται το ΦΠΑ... Οπότε δεν έχει απόδειξη. Ο υπεύθυνος εννοείται ότι δεν ανέλαβε καμία ευθύνη. Για όλα έφταιγα εγώ. Να συμπληρώσω ότι με το συγκεκριμένο service-delivery υπήρξε πρόβλημα. Όσες φορές πήγα στο κατάστημα έχω εξυπηρετηθεί μια χαρά. Δεν ξέρω αν είναι εξωτερικοι συνεργάτες, αλλά υπάρχει διαφορά στο αποτέλεσμα. Update Σε εσάς κάλεσα κ ήρθα σε επαφή με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία για καθαρισμό κ φύλαξη χαλιών. I received a flocate with stains, while I delivered a flocate without stains. The price is a surprise and it goes without saying that VAT is not included ... So there is no receipt. It is understood that the person in charge did not take any responsibility. I was to blame for everything. To add that there was a problem with this service-delivery. Every time I went to the store I was served just fine. I do not know if they are external partners, but there is a difference in the result. Update I called you and contacted the specific company for cleaning and storage of carpets.

Κατέστρεψαν το γαμπριατικο κουστούμι του συζύγου μου και η δικαιολογία τους ήταν πως αυτά συμβαίνουν και ότι έχουν καταστρέψει κουστούμι armani των 1500€ και ότι είναι παράλογο που έκανα παράπονα εγώ για το κουστούμι των 900€ ( !!!!!!! ) Σε κάτι αλλά ρουχα που είχα πάει για απλή πλύση δεν έκαναν καν χρωματικό διαχωρισμό, με αποτέλεσμα να καταστρέφουν ρουχα συνολικής αξίας 400€ . Η δικαιολογία φυσικά,πάντα η ίδια... δεν ευθύνονται αυτοί αλλά το συνεργαζομενο συνεργείο. ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ !!!!! δυστυχώς μετά απ'οτι την πάτησα και έχασα τα λεφτά μου ( γιατί φυσικά και ζητησαν να πληρωθούν για τα καταστρεμένα ρουχα που μου παρέδωσαν και εννοείται χωρίς καμία απόδειξη!!! )και τα ρουχα αξίας τόσο χρηματικησ όσο και συναισθηματικής, έμαθα ότι όλοι όσοι έχουν πάει από την γειτονιά έχουν αντίστοιχα συμβάντα. Αν ήταν πραγματικά επαγγελματίες θα έπρεπε να το είχαν κλείσει!!!! Caution!!! Away!!!! They destroyed my husband's bridal suit and their excuse was that this is happening and that they have destroyed an armani suit of € 1500 and that it is absurd that I complained about the suit of € 900 (!!!!!!!) clothes that I had gone for a simple wash did not even make a color separation, resulting in the destruction of clothes with a total value of € 400. The excuse of course, always the same ... they are not responsible but the collaborating team. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!! Unfortunately, after I pressed her and lost my money (because of course they asked to be paid for the damaged clothes they handed me and of course without any proof !!!) and clothes worth both money and emotional, I learned that everyone go from the neighborhood have similar events. If they were really professionals they should have closed it !!!!

A	Antonios K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι άνθρωποι είναι επαγγελματίες και κάνουν καλή δουλειά. Πλένω/σιδερώνω πουκάμισα εκεί εδώ και κανένα χρόνο. "Μετακόμισα" σε αυτούς από το 5àsec λόγω χαμηλότερης τιμής. Η ποιότητά της εργασίας τους είναι πολύ καλή και οι κυρίες που το τρέχουν ευγενέστατες και σοβαρές. Ένα από τα πολύ θετικά του μέρους είναι το parking απ'έξω, το οποίο επιτρέπει γρήγορη παράδοση/παραλαβή. People are professionals and they do a good job. I have been washing / ironing shirts there for no time. I "moved" to them from 5àsec due to lower price. The quality of their work is very good and the ladies who run it are very gentle and serious. One of the very positives of the place is the parking outside, which allows fast delivery / receipt.

Μου είπαν πως θα χώριζαν τα χρώματα.Εγώ πήγα τα ρούχα χωρισμένα σε 4 σακούλες, ανά χρώματα και τα ένωσαν να τα χωρίσουν με τα κριτήρια τους.Για το οποίο μου χρέωσαν ακριβότερα. Η άσπρη όμορφη μπλούζα έγινε γκρι ποντικού. Κρίμα. Απλώς, εγώ δεν θα ξαναπάω. Δεν το συστήνω.... Aπαντηση στην απάντηση: Εγώ σχολίασα πως έτσι τα χωρίζω, αλλά σας είπα να προχωρήστε όπως ήταν καλύτερα. Δεν ανέφερα ποτέ την χαμηλότερη χρέωση, μου είπατε εσείς ότι θα στοίχιζε περισσότερα και σας απάντησα πως δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα... Ακόμη μέλλει να δούμε τι έπαθαν τα ελαστικά τζιν..... I gave two and a half bags (of theirs) for laundry. They told me that they would separate the colors. I went to the clothes divided into 4 bags, per colors and they joined them to separate them according to their criteria. For which they charged me more. The white beautiful blouse turned gray mouse. Pity. I just will not go again. I do not recommend it .... Answer to the answer: I commented that this is how I separate them, but I told you to proceed as it was better. I never mentioned the lowest charge, you told me it would cost more and I replied that there is no problem ... It remains to be seen what happened to the tire jeans .....

Never had to complain about any of my laundry as they do offer a great quality service and they do that on a timely manner. Prices are lower than average. Overall a very good laundry service. Definitelly recommended.
G	G. Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a blazer to be cleaned on Monday, they said it'd be ready on Friday. Friday it wasn't ready, they said tomorrow. Went on Saturday, they said the driver hadn't come by and that they would call me when ready. They called me on Tuesday evening, 8 days after drop off. Went to pick up and asked for better price due to significant delay, woman at the register didn't want to hear about it or offer an apology. They lost me as a customer. I will give my money elsewhere.
