This hotel is quite good, clean and well located. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Just be sure that you feel safe in a neighbourhood not that welcoming. A local friend told me that this area used to be quite good but, for some reasons, some unpleasant things started to happen there. I never felt unsafe or something similar, but it might be different for you.

This property doesnt value mental health. I do have a valid health certificate and this property ignored my request for cancellation. They didnt even respond to my messages. They’re just doing this for the sole purpose of gaining money and doesnt value the mental health and well being of its customers.

We were bit hesitant after seeing the previous reviews about the location and the surrounding of the Hotel but pls don't get put off by those as the area was quite ok and we never felt unsafe or threatened even at night, even though we also have seen few homeless here and there but that was not limited to the area the hotel was located. Moreover if someone needs to be worried/be careful that'd be when riding the Metro rather than from less fortunate souls living on streets, this time also pickpockets attempted but failed due to our alertness. About the Hotel, everything was excellent, Staff whom we interacted at the Front desk and the Restaurant were fantastic. Check-in was very quick and pleasant. The room was large wz very comfy beds and the bathroom was equipped wz all necy items. Whole facility was very clean and tidy and the room was made daily wz spotless cleaning. Many options for the breakfast as well. Seemed to be a popular place wz young crowed (high school students) which gave a lively atmosphere at the breakfast time etc., which was nice. Location was very close (5 mins walk) to the Omonia Square wz many restaurants and street food options + a Metro station. All attractions are wz in walking distance, like 20 - 30 mins to Acropolis etc.

Definitely, we had a very good time at this Hotel. First of all, Staff very friendly , courteous and kind. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, quiet ( double window) , TV, Frigobar and TV. Only negative point , there is no TV channel in other languages but you can access Netflix. Breakfast is good and simple but all you need for a good meal, the lady working in the breakfast is very nice. Very close to the subway and walking distance to city center , as all big cities you can see homeless around the neighborhood but nothing bad at all. We really appreciated this Hotel

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. Very clean and you can tell that they care about their customers. Friendly staff and they seem to enjoy their work there. No complaints at all. Location is decent, but it is not that close to Acropolis. Bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. I would definitely go back again.
