s	sofia tseranidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι το χειρότερο καταστημα, η υπεύθυνη αγενέστατη και θρασύτατη και κλείνει και το τηλέφωνο στα μούτρα!!! Καμία σοβαρότητα, μας έδωσαν χαλασμένο κινητό και το πήγαμε στο σερβις τους (το είχανε δύο εβδομάδες χωρίς καν να ξέρουνε σε τι στάδιο είναι)και δεν το φτιαξανε. Στη συνεχεια η υπευθυνη δεν επικοινωνουσε μαζί μας επιτηδες και επικοινωνησε μετα απο 2 μηνες για να μας πει οτι εμείς φταίμε που το κινητό είναι έτσι ότι εμείς κάνουμε κακή λειρουργία. It is the worst store, the one in charge is the most rude and brazen and it hangs up the phone !!! No seriousness, they gave us a damaged cell phone and we took it to their service (they had it for two weeks without even knowing what stage it was at) and they did not fix it. Then the person in charge did not contact us intentionally and contacted us after 2 months to tell us that it is our fault that the mobile phone is such that we are doing a bad operation.

Στις 11/3/2021 έγινε παραγγελία ενός iPhone 12 mini 128gb για αγορά με χρήση τιμολογίου 39α. Σήμερα 25/4/2021 (44 μέρες μετά) δεν έχω καμία ενημέρωση. Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα μαζί τους, μου ζήτησαν τα στοιχεία μου ώστε να τα προωθήσουν στο λογιστήριο με σκοπό να με καλέσουν εκείνοι, χωρίς ουδέποτε να συμβεί αυτό. Η παραπάνω επικοινωνία έγινε 3 φορές, και ισάριθμες φορές πήραν τα στοιχεία, αλλά το αποτέλεσμα ήταν το ίδιο. Το λογιστήριο δεν επικοινώνησε ποτέ μαζί μου!! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. Today 25/4/2021 (44 days later) I have no information. In a telephone conversation I had with them, they asked me for my details in order to forward them to the accounting office in order for them to call me, without this ever happening. The above communication was done 3 times, and they got the data an equal number of times, but the result was the same. The accounting department never contacted me !! The conclusion is yours to make.
g	george zamanis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το είχα παραγγείλει την Δευτέρα κάθε μέρα σε επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα με έλεγαν ότι αύριο θα τό στείλουν και τούς περνώ Παρασκευή και με λένε ούτε εμεις δεν ξέρουμε πότε θα τό φέρει ο προμηθευτής τότε γιατί βάζεις στο best price 1+3 ημέρες? I had ordered it on Monday every day in contact with the store they told me that they will send it tomorrow and I spend Friday with them and they tell me we do not even know when the supplier will bring it then why do you put in the best price 1 + 3 days?

Αφού επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και ακολούθησα την διαδικασία της παραγγελίας μέσω email στέλνοντας τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα... πέρασε πάνω από ένας μήνας.. όταν επικοινώνησα μαζί τους να δω σε τι στάδιο βρίσκεται η παραγγελία, δεν γνώριζαν να μου πουν και μου είπαν ότι θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου το λογιστήριο. Ακόμαπεριμένωνα με πάρουν μετά από 6 μήνες! Τους ξανά κάλεσα αλλά δεν απάντησαν πουε ! Very poor service! I ordered a mobile phone with an invoice. After I contacted them and followed the ordering process via email sending the necessary documents ... more than a month passed .. when I contacted them to see what stage the order is at, they did not know to tell me and told me that they will contact with me the accounting. I am still waiting for them to take me after 6 months! I called them again but they did not answer!

What's worse is that they sold me a damaged cell phone and they bother me and lie to me ... They are rude and they hang up my phone ....
