B	Bas il on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιβεβαιωμένα πιο φθηνά από άλλους (κάνω έρευνα αγοράς πριν αφήσω κάτι για επιδιόρθωση) και έχουν πετύχει κάθε φορά σε ό,τι τους έχω φέρει για επισκευή. Confirmed cheaper than others (I do market research before leaving anything for repair) and they have always succeeded in what I have brought them for repair.
D	Dimitris Lyr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αλλαγή οθόνης σε redmi note πριν από 10 μέρες. Το κινητό από την στιγμή που το πηρα μετά την "επισκευή" άρχισε τα προβληματα. Η φωτεινότητα ήταν πολυ χειρότερη. Όταν τους το είπα η απάντηση σου ήταν ότι είναι φυσιολογικό μιας και δεν είναι η γνήσια που βαλανε ΧΩΡΙΣ να με ενημερώσουν. Το μικρόφωνο δεν ακουγότανε.Μου το καθαρισανε παρολο που ζήτησαν στην αρχή 20 ευρώ μετά 10 ,λόγω του ότι είχα αλλάξει την οθόνη πριν λίγες μέρες, στο τέλος δεν πηραν τίποτα μετά από μια μικρή προστριβη.Το χειροτερο που και γι'αυτόν τον λόγο γραφεται το εν λόγω κείμενο, είναι ότι το κινητό άρχισε να σβήνει ξαφνικά μετά απο την 1η μέρα "επισκευής" ώσπου στο τέλος μετά από 10 μέρες έκλεισε και δεν ξανάνοιξε. Δεν καταφερανε να το "επισκευάσουν" μετά από 5 ημέρες προσπαθειών(λέμε τώρα...).Η απαντηση τους "δεν φταίμε εμείς η μητρικη το πιο πιθανο,η κακια στιγμή μετά απο καποιο updateκτλ κτλ. Το παρελαβα ,χωρις να κάνω καμμια φασαρία μεσα στο μαγαζί αν και θα επρεπε,και απλά πεταξα 40 ευρώ στα σκουπίδια. Κριμα για τις αξιολογήσεις που έχει το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί και γιατί απλά έτυχε να είμαι κοντά την ημέρα που έψαχνα επισκευή του κινητού. ΠΟΤΕ ξανά στο συγκεκριμένο. F	Froso Mi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό… έχουμε πάει οικογενειακός τα κινητά εκεί για αλλαγή οθόνης,έφερα πριν μια εβδομάδα το iphone μου για αλλαγή μπαταρίας το πρόβλημα δεν λύθηκε,τους πήρα τηλ την επόμενη και τους είπα ότι το πρόβλημα συνεχίζει(τελείωνε η μπαταρία).μου είπαν να το φέρω πάλι να το φτιάξουν. Εννοείτε το έφτιαξαν και τώρα είναι όλα μια χαρά!!! Έπρεπε να συνοδεύσω τον πατέρα μου, καθώς οι υπάλληλοι του καταστήματος είχαν καταλάβει την απειρία του σε τεχνολογικά θέματα και τον είχαν τρομοκρατήσει ότι θα μείνει για πάνω από 5 μέρες χωρίς κινητό, για μια βλάβη που είχαν πληρωθεί ξανά στο παρελθόν και με ενεργή εγγύηση. Το πρόβλημα ήταν τόσο ασήμαντο που μπόρεσε και επιλύθηκε σε 1 ωρα. Η αδιαφορία τους και η μεγέθυνση του προβλήματος, τον ώθησε στην αγορά νέου κινητού χωρίς λόγο. Αντί να ζητήσουν συγγνώμη για την αναστάτωση, χρέωσαν και άλλα 25€ για μία απλή μεταφορά δεδομένων ένα smart switch, το οποίο επίσης είχαν παρουσιάσει στον πατέρα μου σαν κάτι χρονοβόρο και σύνθετο. Εκτός του ότι έπιασε τρίχα μέσα, μου έβαλε μεμβράνη και όχι τζάμι, αξίας ούτε 3€. Μακριά. Update Δεν με βρίσκετε γιατί ούτε απόδειξη μου κόψατε με τη δικαιολογία ότι κάτι έπαθε ο εκτυπωτής και θα μου τη στέλνατε με email. Το θέμα είναι άλλο ότι μου βάλατε μεμβράνη και με χρεώσατε δήθεν το καλό το τζάμι το ακριβό. Και επειδή είπα στην υπάλληλο ότι φεύγω με το καράβι είπε να με πιάσει "κότσο". Αλλά αυτοί είστε...
