Breeze car rentals - Agias Triados 72

Κάνω κράτηση Online (γιατί στο τηλέφωνο δεν απαντούσαν) και ενω μου επιβεβαιώνεται μέσω του site τους (breezerentals.gr) και στο προσωπικό μου email η κράτηση, παω στην ωρα μου στον τοπο παραδοσης (Αγία Παρασκευή) και περιμένω, περιμένω, περιμένω... Ούτε αυτοκίνητο είδα ούτε άνθρωπο είδα.... Ούτε τηλέφωνο, ούτε email. Καμία επικοινωνία.... Δεν τους προτείνω. Χρήζουν οργάνωσης σε αυτό τον τομέα. Για όποιον ενδιαφέρεται, έχω διαθέσιμα τα στοιχεία της κράτησης.... ΥΓ. Στην ιδια διεύθυνση λειτουργεί και πλυντήριο αυτοκινήτων του ίδιου. Σε αυτό είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος πελάτης τους και ουδέποτε είχα πρόβλημα ούτε παράπονο.

Do not use this car hire company. They are scam artists! - Car was delivered to the airport in the dark which did not allow me to inspect it for existing damage. I was assured by the worker that the car didn’t have any existing damage worth noting. He was very relaxed and careless about this part of the process. - The quoted price over the phone including everything was approx 30 euro per day. This is where the joke starts. In person after a long flight in the darkness of the night the price suddenly excluded insurance. I was forced to pay an extra 15 euro per day for insurance which came with a 750 euro excess! (Other car companies wave the entire excess for full cover insurance) - An additional hold of 350 euro was also placed on the credit card even with full insurance. - Upon returning the car the employer analyzed the paint and panels like nothing I’ve ever seen before. A small graze was noted on the underside of the front bumper bar which was only visible on hands and knees. As the car never left the asphalt and I was the only one to drive it I knew that the damage was pre existing. - We then spent 30 minutes waiting for the office to quote the damage causing us to run for our flight. - In addition to the 75 euro of insurance another 75 euro was taken for the pre existing damage. - It is typical for companies like this to obtain a fleet of black/dark cars. They use this to scam the client out of money with superficial “damage” as the smallest of blemishes are more noticeable. I have rented over 11 cars in Greece and this has to be the only toxic experience to date. Do not use Breeze Car Hire!!!
