Γ	Γιωργος Πετροκολλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι…..το μόνο που τους νοιάζει είναι να πάρουν τα χρήματα σας και σε περίπτωση που το προϊόν το οποίο αγοράστηκε από αυτούς δεν δουλευει η έχει κάποια αστοχία το μόνο που μπορούν να κάνουν για εσάς είναι απλά να σας ταλαιπωρήσουν όσο δεν γίνεται χωρίς να αντικαταστήσουν το προϊόν. Αγόρασα βρεφικό ζυγό από το κατάστημα με φυσική παρουσία μεσημέρι την ίδια μέρα που τον έθεσα σε λειτουργία οι ενδείξεις του ήταν οτιδήποτε άλλο από το πραγματικό, πχ νεογέννητο μωρό 5 ημερών το εμφάνιζε 16,5 κιλά τη μια φορά άλλη 9κιλα κτλπ, την επόμενη ημέρα το πρωί την γυρισα πίσω στο κατάστημα εξηγώντας στο προσωπικό τι πρόβλημα υπάρχει, ύστερα από μισή ώρα αναμονής μου είπαν ότι θα χρειαστεί να αφήσω τη ζυγαριά εκεί για 3-4 μέρες μέχρι να την δει κάποιος τεχνικός τους, όταν τους εξήγησα ότι είμαι από επαρχία Κ θα φύγω την ίδια μέρα μου είπαν ότι θα μου την στείλουν στο χώρο μετα από 3-4 μέρες γιατί αυτοί είναι η πολιτική τους, τους ζήτησα ευγενικά να με εξυπηρετήσουν κάνοντας αντικατάσταση της ζυγαριάς με μια καινούργια καθώς όπως ανέφερα πιο πάνω ήταν αγορασμένη τη προηγούμενη μέρα απο αυτούς αλλά αρνήθηκαν κ μου είπαν ότι θα πρέπει να περιμένω τεχνικός τους γιατί προφανώς χρειάζεται κάποιος ειδικός απο τη NASA για να διαπιστώσει ότι η ζυγαριά δεν δουλευει, μετά από πίεση τους ζήτησα η να μου δώσουν μια καινούργια ζυγαριά την οποία θα δοκιμάζαμε μαζί για την σωστή λειτουργία της ( υπήρχαν άλλες 4-5 καινούργιες ζυγαριές στο κατάστημα) ή να μου δώσουν τα χρήματα μου πίσω, τελικά προτίμησαν να μου δώσουν τα χρήματα πίσω ( μετά από μεγάλη πίεση ) αντί να μου δώσουν μια καινούργια. Προσοχή στον επόμενο που θα πάρει τη ζυγαριά της chicco ίσως είναι η ίδια που πήραμε εμείς χωρίς απλά να την έχει δει ο τεχνικός της NASA Unacceptable… ..the only thing they care about is taking your money and in case the product bought by them does not work or has some failure all they can do for you is just to bother you as much as possible without replace the product. I bought a baby yoke from the store with a physical presence at noon the same day I put it into operation, its indications were anything other than the real one, for example a 5-day-old newborn baby showed 16.5 kg at once another 9 kg etc, the next day the in the morning I took her back to the store explaining to the staff what the problem is, after half an hour of waiting they told me that I will have to leave the scales there for 3-4 days until one of their technicians sees it, when I explained to them that I am from K province I will I left the same day I was told that they will send it to me after 3-4 days because that is their policy, I kindly asked them to serve me by replacing the scales with a new one as as I mentioned above it was bought the day before by but they refused and told me that I would have to wait for their technician because obviously someone from NASA needs to find out that the scales do not work, after pressure they live either give me a new scale which we would try together for its proper functioning (there were another 4-5 new scales in the store) or give me my money back, finally they preferred to give me the money back (after a long pressure) instead of giving me a new one. Attention to the next one who will take the chicco scale may be the same as the one we got without just being seen by the NASA technician
