V	Vincent Arnaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, staff at the desk are clueless, useless and not nice at all. And it is very expensive. First and last for me, I recommend using other couriers available EDIT : I had to use the courier once again. Staff was rude, prices are not the ones mentioned on the website, a total disaster. I ended up shipping with another courier after losing an hour with a totally useless person at the desk. 1 star is even too much, this courier is BY FAR the worse I have ever dealt with, it's almost unbelievable...

They hold packages for days once they have received them (clearly shown on tracking), they come on different days than agreed on, they rarely leave a note when delivery was not possible (so they claim even though 2 people were home) and then have the tenacity to demand that you go and pick it up yourself! And all this knowing that you have paid so they never miss a chance to make it blatantly know that they really don't care. Never, ever use them if you have the choice. If you don't have the choice, poor you....

Calling them is out of the question , never get a reply by anyone . Acs at Zografou at least is by far the worst

However considering they deliver packages to your house directly and they also are able to pick up stuff that needs to be shipped then it's probably not needed to visit the physical place in the first place.

I w have anxiety, and she treated and spoke to me like i was garbage. Investigate, review and fire the unworthy before someone sues you for compensation for psychological damage and insults. The fact that you are franchice doesn't mean that you can't get fired...ignorant and rude persons. There are so many unemployed people out there, maybe you should get fired so other people can do your jobs better. ?
A	Anna Alatalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars, I would. First of all my parcel was not delivered due to ”me not answering the phone” even though NO ONE called me nor came to my door. I then decided to check the tracking code and it says my pickup point is 300 km away from where I live. I tried to call the company and they insisted that there’s no parcel with my tracking code, even though I could clearly see from the tracking site that it’s valid. I guess the ”cumstomer service” agent didn’t just get the code right. Then when I was in the middle of explaining that the tracking code is valid, they hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. They are not professional at all, and their so called ”customer service” is worth 0 stars. Avoid them.
