★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the ATV reservation thru our hotel (Ilios hotel) thinking it would be fine. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. When they dropped off the bike, everything seemed fine and the guy dropping off the bike was helpful with instructions. For the first few hours, the bike was fine, but then it started having trouble getting started. This happened at a pasaji beach club and luckily someone helped me get it started. Then, later that evening, we go to Scorpio, and after our reservation, the bike would not turn in at all. I had to flag a guy who worked there and even he struggled to get it turned on, but after a lot of effort, got it turned on. Here’s the worst part. The lights didn’t work at all and I had a long drive ahead of me in the middle of the night. My wife and I had to drive extremely slow and use our cellphone light to guide us. I don’t know if this was a one time mistake, but triple check your ATV before accepting it. Don’t end up regretting it like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Airbnb owner got us connected with Two Brothers Rent. We asked about getting the atv rentals on the first morning of our stay, and not even an hour after being connected with this company three atvs were dropped off at our Airbnb. They gave us a demonstration of how to use the atvs as well as some safety precautions to take. Also whenever we had any issues (always were user error) we would call them or message them and they would reply instantly and always helped us through our problem. On one occasion they even came out to help my friends and were there 10 minutes after my friends called. Customer service with this company is on or. Not to mention they are the nicest people ever, highly recommend renting from Two Brothers Rental! Can’t say enough good things!
