★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I defenetly recommand BTO if you are looking for a good car in chania or crete in general. We were desperetly looking for a car in chania, our air bnb was far away and we had to find a car... we checked every rental agency in the city and everything was booked or very expensive. We tried our last chance with BTO and thanks god we found them. Rosa and Ramdan were very kind with us. They didnt have a car neither but they chacked with their friends and could find us one ( way cheaper than anywhere else) they also adviced us about where to go and when. Thank you again guys you saved our trip <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I had the best time in Crete thanks to Rosa, who provided the opportunity to explore the island w one of her cars. All the bureaucratic stuff were super easy and quick. Plus Rosa is extremely kind and fun.
I'll definitely use their services again next time I'm back at Chania.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car (blue Opel) was not so good. From the start, the engine malfunction indicator light was showing. We were told not to worry about it. That already gave us a bad feeling. We soon discovered that the car is not built for cretan roads. The suspension is horrible and sometimes we were worried we would not make it up the steep hills. When we went to return the car, we were told we had to wash it because it was dirty. Never have i had to clean a rental car before returning it.
