★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same as the other bus stations on Crète Island. Clean, easy to buy tickets, no food or drinks on the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, and on the bussen the destinations are clearly mentioned. But, the main disappointment was that even though they were friendly, we were misinformed. We were told we could go back and forth to Balos beach with a connection for a specific price. But, this was not true.
This trip was only to the part where we had to buy a separate cruise to get to the beach. We wanted just to go to the beach all day, which was not even possible… also, could barely hear them trough the microphone and had to ask her to repeat herself a lot.
