I was received by a young brunette woman. It was a Sunday evening. There was no one other than me at the agency.
I asked for information and I really felt like I was bothering this young woman. I had to insist on having details. I asked insistently to look at the book, but it didn't suit him anymore. She was haughty and inhospitable. I was embarrassed. I took a ticket anyway. It's a shame, the guide on the bus was adorable.
For the other excursions, I preferred to go to an agency opposite the bus station where I received a warm welcome and where I was given a lot of information. This was also the case in the other cities where I went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the Samaria gorge and Imbros gorge with this organisation. Did their best to pick everyone up in time. Manager picked us up himself due to traffic troubles. On the way back the bus driver dropped us of at our hotel an was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a visit to the Samaria Gorge with them. Every thing went smooth. I'm not usually a fan of doing these things with an agency, but it's the best way to visit the gorge. Special notion to the guide Nikos (if I spelled it right). Very nice and passionate guy. For once the info given about the environment and the tips on the walk were very interesting. He genuinely cared if you loved it or not. Would do it again in a heartbeat, once my legs rexover ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIKING in the Samaria gorge - THIS AGENCY IS THE ONE. It took us a bit of time to figure out which agency is not just a dealer, but THE ORGANIZER of the trips to the Samaria gorge. Super professional office staff and our amazing guide Nikos made this experience exquisite. Great value for money (I also had the feeling their rate was a bit lower compared to dealer agencies, which would make sense)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Preveli Palm Beach with them, for the day, but they let us be there only 2,5 hours. :'( they didnt mention that we will go to other places, what was far less beautiful, and not in the original plan. Preveli is beutiful, but it was painfully short.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This travel agent arranged a great jeep safari for us. The guide was very knowledgeable. Pick up times were spot on. He was a very safe driver on the White Mountain roads. There was also a great lunch stop included
