★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Rand der Spinanda, unweit der Maitland-Rotunde findet sich das Denkmal in Form einer Büste. Der Standort liegt zwischen dem Corfu Yacht Club und der alten Festung.
Schade, dass nur der Name des Dichters der Griechischen Nationalhymne und eben der Hinweis darauf auf Griechisch vermerkt ist.
Aber mit modernen Hilfsmitteln lässt sich das ja leicht übersetzen. ?
Im Vorbeigehen nett anzusehen und sicher für ein Foto gut.
On the edge of the Spinanda, not far from the Maitland rotunda, the monument is in the form of a bust. The location is between the Corfu Yacht Club and the old fortress.
It is a pity that only the name of the poet of the Greek national anthem and the reference to it is noted in Greek.
