★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons:
-too many smokers and you can smoke anywhere. I have asthma and am pregnant so it was very inconvenient for us because we had to keep moving pool locations or dining tables whenever someone decided to smoke. Wish they had more rules/regulations. Or a non smoking pool or something!!
-no way to get pool chairs during our August stay even though the rule is to not reserve chairs everyone had chairs reserved by 7am. We only found 2 free chairs one day out of 3 in one of the small pools, but also in the afternoon only.
-The beach is really annoying because sun chairs are right up against the water barely any room to walk on the beach. (Sun chairs extra but we just found a little patch of sun and left our towels and cloths in a ball no room to actually stretch out.) we didn’t want to pay for chairs because if someone started smoking I would be stuck there. So we just enjoyed the water and went back to hotel. Beach itself had some rocks in the water but water is clean and visible so you can go around rocks. We found a nice little patch to enjoy the water. It was a little rough that day but very shallow nice for kids and boogie boarding.
-drinks are very limited if you’re used to all inclusives in the Caribbean this is very different. Only local beers and some cocktails. I’m pregnant so didn’t matter much to me. They had some nonalcoholic options but I didn’t enjoy them tasted bland and sugary.
-cleaner don’t respect the do not disturb if you are not in the room (they can tell when you’re inside) they still clean.
-if you don’t like cats then don’t come to Greece like Jamaica/ cats everywhere
Pros:
-we enjoyed the food many diff options
-beach it literally across a small road from hotel. You have to go through a restaurant to get to it.
-room we got was good, had some ocean view and pool view with balcony which I used a lot to get away from all of the smokers.
-rooms were quiet except when they had entertainment until 11pm but then it was quiet.
-not a party scene area which we liked, quiet and calm. Family friendly and romantic.
-street hotel is on has some shops and restaurants which was nice to check out.
-service was very good and def 4-5 star hotel feel to it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel itself was very enjoyable, food was amazing, service very professional and friendly, everything was great. Except for the sun loungers by the pools. Everybody throws a towel on them to "reserve" it and then buggers off for hours and doesn't use it. Been here over a week and have only ONCE found a free one. Very poor from the hotel to accept this kind of behaviour. A shame really. It basically meant that we always left the hotel every day to go somewhere else which of course means no taking advantage of the all inclusive at all and spending more money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. It's classed as a 5 * and it definitely is. Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Stunning pools and rooms, the food is very good also with plenty of choice, would definitely recommend. The only downside is they are not affiliated to any British tour operators, but it didn't matter to us. It is a very quiet place with only a few children and no young groups. We booked through Expedia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place if you want to rest and disconnect. However always an issue to find a place near the pool. Also, I don't think it's a 5 star hotel, even though it ranks that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is a lovely and cosy hotel. Friendly people, very clean, very good food and location is very nice too. A place to come back to! Just 2 things maybe: try doing something about the early reservation of the towels. I read something about not before 8AM, but i you would like a nice spot by the pool, you needed to put down your towel at 6.30 AM. Maybe you could just remove towels lying there before 8 AM. And also when a hotel is All In, it would be nice if all cocktails are all in, so also Mojito and Aperol Spritz. I need to say though that the cocktails in the All in were very tasty too!
Thank you for a lovely stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, excellent service, very nice staff - especially in the spa! The rooms and buildings are very clean and nice. We had a private pool which was so beautiful and clean. Food was also a pleasure, all in all I definitely recommend this place! Absolutely worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit noisy but okay :). Only thingy are the sunbeds...you literally have to place your towel at 5 in the morning to have a spot for the day.... for a 5 star hotel this is bizarre. Please change that policy in the future! But I read reviews lately dated from 2016 which said the same...unfortunately.
Extra compliments for the restaurant manager! He's an expert in total control of all operations and very hospitable!
