★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked about the cheapest car for 10 days and I was told 30 EUR per day. 1,5h later (I was waiting for their emails) they changed the price to 50 EUR per day. They write on the website about payment in cash on delivery but they wanted 100 EUR deposit to be paid in just few hours on SATURDAY (bank transfers don’t go so fast in weekends). They’re not also very helpful and responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer communications and service! We met at the heraklion Airport to pick up the car, handled the paperwork in a timely manner, and we were on our way. They provided a very nice vehicle, and we had no issues while driving for 3 weeks. Return was at the same airport and no issues. We will be renting from them in the future.
P.S Their customer service member named Vaggelis was really helpful and gave us some nice tips!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant experience !!!the car itself was in an excellent mechanical condition as it was a brand new vehicle. The inner space of the car was also very clean and looked after! All the staff members were very friendly, helpful and professionals! Value for money! Will come back next summer :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a pleasure renting from Autohire . Very friendly and helpful staff, quality vehicles are updated regularly. Fair prices, and great customer service. Rental price is all inclusive of insurance, assistance, 2nd. driver, etc. as opposed to some other brands. Highly Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never rent a car there. We booked one and when we stood there they didn't have a car for us. This cannot happen. What if you have to drive to the hotel, and they say they don't have a car for you... It will be very expensive for you. I just can say it again, this cannot happen and is inexcusable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally screwed us over. We booked a car but never got one. We had to go to another car rental company ant rent for the same day. We had about half a day until we found one who had a car, and it was much more expensive. I would never ever rent a car from them.
