★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In no caffee I've ever visited have I met such a rude stuff. The woman who (as she claims) owns the place was very rude and creepy, as she started yelling at me when the door slipped from my hand and closed because of the wind. Which by the way was a glass door, and could have shuttered in my face, so in a place that has such strong wind is an accident waiting to happen. The bathroom was also not clean, and the coffee tasted like dirt. From reviews I've read, I'm not the first person who has problems with her behaviour. My verdict is, don't sit there even if they pay you to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service,Dirty outside Chairs,Over Priced ,Greek Coffee wasn't at all good!!!Definitely the worst Coffee Shop in Chania the staff was completely unprofessional. I have been working in the Catering industry from 1979 some 43 years in South Africa, Malawi,and presently in Greece ....Extensive knowledge in the Business...
As to the smell the staff member is mentioning is absolutely nonsense and shows his shortcomings so as not to address his real problem of bad attitude and service....read the other reviews to verify his autrocious service...I am sure if he continues in this regard,he will be out of business very soon ,as people will vote with their feet...simply go to the Coffee Shop next door with the red umbrellas!!!
