Το όλο ζήτημα μου πήρε 5 λεπτά, δεν χρειάστηκε να αναμένω καθόλου στην γραμμή.Πραγματικά μπράβο.Η μεταχείριση της εταιρίας στους πελάτες της,πέρα από την ποιότητα των καυστήρων που ανακάλυψα ότι προσφέρει, είναι πολύ σημαντικό κομμάτι και στην δική μου περίπτωση κέρδισαν την εμπιστοσύνη μου. Regarding the technical department: I was contacted about an issue that recently arose in my burner, (new). They were guided by the above, polite, willing. They kept my information so we would be in touch if anything happened again in the future. The whole thing took me 5 minutes, I didn't have to wait at all on the line. Really nice.
