Camping Elizabeth - 84 Ionias str. terma

First of all I want to thank every person from the camping's staff. Every one was amazing and made their best to make our stay a unique experience! Everything in the camp is fantastic! You must, I repeat, you must trust me and go there. We booked a large caravan for 2 weeks but we quickly realized that in this place, were people kindly taking care of us, we should stay longer. So we extended our stay by one week. We had the greatest time and we eat the best food in the tavern. I can't wait for the next year's vacation!

Camping Elisabeth is a bit more expensive than other camping sites in Crete but it is absolutely worth it! If you are looking for a calm, nice and clean spot next to the beach (literally) - this should be your choice. In camping Elizabeth you have everything - clean,well taken care of, with spots for either your tent or a camper van. You can also rent a bungalow. The place gives you privacy, it has a beach access with free sun beds and a taverna with delicious food. Staff are more than nice and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very nice and large camping ground. Nice people working there. Nice showers and toilets. The beach is a few steps away.

We enjoyed the time at the Elizabeth Camping near Rethymno to the fullest, it was one of our best accommodations we've ever had on a holiday! It's a pretty nice and quiet located Campground on the beautiful westside of the island Crete. We stayed for 7 nights in one of the Glamping Tents right at the front row to the beach and honestly, we were sad to leave and wished we had booked it for longer. The tent itself was very clean, well equipped (with a fridge and nice bathroom and shower inside) and the Interieur was also pretty nice and modern. You have a balcony from which you can watch the sea and beautiful sunsets while enjoying a Glas of wine in this romantic setting. You will love it to listen to the waves while falling asleep and waking up with them the next morning. It was simply phantastic and unique! Also the small tevern, right directly based on the campground was excellent and prices are more than fair! The breakfast was very good and brilliant, considered its a campground, we enjoyed it very much! Every Thursday there is a BBQ which was perfekt as well. It's worth to book a table in advance as seats are limited and the BBQ foods is very yummy (it seems that external guests know that as well!). All in all, we just had a very comfortable and perfect stay at the Glamping Tent on Campground Elizabeth and can honestly recommend it. I guarantee you: none of the hotel rooms around will provide you a better holiday experience than one stay at the glamping tents on Camping Elizabeth!

It was so wonderful. This Glamping-Tent is one of my best accommodations i ever had. We are traveling a lot, but this was the best !!!! The Beachhouse is directly on the beach , nearby the sea. People / Staff from Camping are so friendly and nice. Totally relaxed atmosphere. You have to come. Such a beautiful camping place in the middle of the nature.

We had a great time at Camping Elizabeth! The stuff was friendly, the breakfast great and we were happy that it was so close to the beach ☀️

Too expensive for what you get. I would only recommend staying in your own car/tent, if you book a bungalow with AC, it's 30€/night, whereas really nice hotels in the area are only 40€/night and give you about three times more value for money. Note: AC is also too loud to sleep well.

The camping is OK. The restaurant is very good , everything was delicious. Showers & WC are clean. I took one star due to the tick that my dog get during our stay. I'm sure about that, it was on visible place on the head and it appears after our check-in.
