★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to avoid this company, they gave us one price when we came to them but the next day when we came to get the car they asked for additional 150€ for 2 days for special insurance or we needed to leave 2000€ deposit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im highly not satisfied with their services. They are just cheaters. We went to their office one day earlier and the worker said that total price is 50 EUR and special insurance is included. We pre-paid 20 eur . The next day when we came to rent a car, they said that we have to pay 130 eur in total because of insurence. If not, they have to block 2k EUR at our Visa card. When we said that we want to resign, the man told us that they've already bring car there so they wont return us 20 eur which we have paid. We started to dissccuss but the man was just saying things like "100 EUR for 6 people its not a lot of money" It was very annoying and unfair. Finally we agreed to paid 80 EUR. They are cheaters!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent a car there. They charge you additional cost on the day when you pick up your car. The promo lady on the night promised us a car for 65€. On the other day we had to pay additional 50€. Also, we got our car 2 hours later then agreed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there to rent two cars and they gave us a price of 60 euros pr CAR.
We asked if this was The total price for all insurance and they said yes.
Next day when We went to pick up The cars they were not there. We had to wait 40 minutes and when We were to pay they told us an aditional 70 Euro pr CAR for full insurance!!!
When We tried to say that this was not The deal they said We had missunderstood.
They Are known for this type of scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have very bad experience. Have booked car in advance, agreed on rental conditions - Eur 70 per day. When we came to pickup a car in the morning, manager was convincing us he needs to block Euro 3000 on our credit card, in case the car would be crashed. This supposed to be however covered by insurance in our opinion. As we did not agree, the procedure seemed to us suspicious, he suggested to pay double price for rental without necessity to block the credit card. We left the office very upset and disappointed as he spoiled our plans for trip around Crete. Fortunately we were lucky and found available car in different car rental office, for reasonable price and no need to block credit card, with full insurance coverage. Avoid this car rental office.

The crew was very helpful, responded to all the enquiries promptly and provided value for money. We had a wonderful holiday and the car worked perfectly for us.
