We booked a car online for a fairly competitive rate to be delivered at the airport. On our arrival, even it was close to midnight, they were waiting for us, as promised. The staff took as much time needed to explain all features & functions of the car. We took a nearly new car, very low mileage. Full insurance, no hidden prints or extras. They were there for us all the time when we needed to contact them and at our departure we just left the car in the airport parking. We hire cars in different countries, everywhere that we travel and we rate HERONIA CARS among the best. Highly recommended!

They came to our hotel and five minutes later I had the keys. Returning was even easier as all I had to do was drop off the keys with the hotel reception. Dealing with the office for the rental was a snap! Top notch service.
M	Megan boys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented an automatic VW Polo from Heronia cars in May this year, the car was absolutely lovely and basically brand new. the customer service we received was great and also was given an amazing price after being referred by another client that stays at the same apartments as us. Heronia cars also delivered and picked up the car to where we was staying in Sissi. definitely recommend using them!

Unfortunately a scooter hit our car while we where at a restaurant and made a 15 cm scratch on the side under the door and scratched the side mirror. The insurance covered it all as promised and they picked up the car from the hotel with a “no problem Sir”. Not the cheapest- but we are so glad we payed for the BEST service in town. I give this 4 stars to get the readers attention. I reality it should have been 7.. ???????
S	SD DIY MAKE IT WORTH IT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had rent a brand new car automatic for 10 days in April 2022 and I had travel in Crete and really that was awesome experience and me and my family we are so satisfied about that rental company was new car Skoda Rapid so clean and amazing service hopefully come back and 100% we gonna choose again that rental company.

The prices are really good - we got a good 3 day offer and spend three great days visiting Crete . Car was delivered to the hotel in the morning and when giving the car back we just left the key in the reception - super convenient. We highly recommend Heronia Cars and will definitely use them again on our next trip to Crete ????
