An amazing place if your a family with young children we where all inclusive there is a snack bar during the day with chicken nuggets, pizza,hot dogs, an ice cream kiosk ect. The restaurant had a wide variety of food. The entertainment was below par however the children animation worked and there was activities during the day & mini disco one night they put on a children's talent show. It's more cost effective to hire a car to explore the area than paying for individual trips. The negative side is there is a kiosk next to the entertainment area which is charging a ridiculous amount of money for treats don't send your child to buy anything they will get ripped off more 2.50 euros for a small packet of m&ms (45g) .The shop outside the hotel charges 2.50 euros for 125g. We travelled with Tui and due to a medical issue we needed help however we didn't see a Tui rep until 2 days before our departure thankfully Sheila a Jet2 rep saved the day, rang hospitals ect and sorted our problem can't praise her high enough and she was there every day. There is also a funfair attached to the hotel which does charge but the children did enjoy that too as a treat night. There is a restaurant on the main road called Zobra excellent service & food the best place in town. If you need it the medical version of a & e is to blocks away from the hotel excellent service there too. Overall very impressed with the hotel and staff

Great place to stay for a family vacation. There are many good activities for kids, eg. Waterpark, funland, pools, just to name a few. It is close to the airport, but the noise from airplanes wasn't loud enough to bother us. So my only complaint is that the entertainment at night was very loud and the mattress was too hard.

Just returned home from a week at Caretta beach and honestly didn't want to leave. The hotel is excellent, especially for those with children! there is so much going on all the time - evening entertainment, yoga, water polo, watermark with a wave pool, lazy river and waterside, bouncy castles, arcades + so much more! The food was lovely with a decent selection to choose from. The snack bar is open throughout the day serving chips, onion rings, giros (which are so so good) and the bar serves cocktails until 11pm (the Bora Bora's are delicious) The staff were friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend this hotel! We had a fantastic time, efcharistó to the whole team for an incredible week :)

Stayed here for 7 nights with the wife and 2 kids . Rooms was very clean and spacious cleaned everyday and towels renewed daily.The staff are friendly and welcoming . The waterpark is great for the kids , the snack bar is open all day till 5:30 , pizza , fries , hotdogs , chicken nuggets , gyros and ice cream . The only thing we was not keen on was the evening meals in the main restaurant , there was plenty to choose from but we did not like most of it so chose to eat out on the evening , breakfast was nice ,we booked ourselves into the italian restaurant on our last night and it was 1 of the best meals we had all week , service and food was spot on . Overall it was a fantastic holiday and would definately go back and recommend to others with kids. No complaints about hygeine , thumbs up from the Irwin family .

My wife and I spent a week here in mid May and met up with family. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, anything we asked about was not a problem. The hotel appears to have recently been redecorated with some work still to be done in the outdoor arcade area but this did not affect the overall experience as it is set apart from the water park. Each meal time there was a wide selection of freshly prepared food to cater far many tastes. Between 11am - 6pm snacks were available (chips, chicken nuggets, ice cream and more) and are not just for the kids. :-) The beach is within walking distance but the hotel does provide a free minibus which will get you there in a few minutes. The main road at the end of the drive is full of souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. Great for a night out if you fancy a change.

Just back from an amazing week. We had the duplex room for our family of 6. The staff are so friendly and attentive, especially the animation team who were amazing. Also I have never been to a hotel with so many staff continuously cleaning and attending to everyones needs. Our kids loved the activities, water park and endless amounts of ice cream. We read reviews about the food beforehand but found the selection to be good. Hopefully we can get back again next year

Wonderful resort, perfect for families. From cleaners to restaurant and bar staff all very friendly and couldn’t do more for you. The water park is great for the children and adults. Entertainment in the evenings and throughout the day was excellent! We Couldn’t have asked for any more. We would book to come back again.

Give this place a chance and you will have a fun filled week. Me, wife + two daughters(11+9 y.o.) had a great time. We never tired of the water park, brilliant laughs. We also had a quiet pool to chill out and swim about. The food was tremendous and restaurant was well run, staff paid attention to detail. Kebabs whenever you want, during day as poolside snack or at night during entertainment. We will go back again, no doubt.
