Price was low (167 euro per week, incl. full coverage). Pick up and return was quick and flawless. Contacts very friendly.

If there are no issues with your booking Cars2Go is apparently fine, but as soon as they mess up your booking, prepare to lose your money and receive added stress with bad customer service.
They literally just emailed me back that they refuse to pick up my calls, after admitting they made a mistake that cost me 280 euros, as they 'can not help me'.

Context:
We reserved a Ford Fiesta for 318,15 euros for August 7-14. There was email communication about this, and Cars2Go confirmed they'd received the reservation request for the respective dates. So far so good. The booking (via the website) was confirmed and we'd received our vouchers.
However, when our flights were rescheduled to an hour earlier, I asked if they could also deliver the car a little earlier. Then they suddenly notified me that the reservation was for 'last month' (July 7-14 instead of August). When I'd received the vouchers, I unfortunately never noticed they made a mistake with the dates (my bad to not double check).
They had also already charged me 280 euros (weird amount as the booking was 315,18 euros) for a car that we'd clearly never picked up. Weirdly enough, they had also never contacted me after the supposed no-show, while they had supposedly waited for us with a sign at the airport, and we also had provided our flight number to them in advance (which was planned on arrival date of August 7, not July). Strange that no one ever contacted us in that case, to check if we were alright, and why we did not show up? But they were fine just taking the money.
When we pointed this out to them, they emailed us back saying 'our mistake', admitting fault.
Speaking on the phone yesterday they said "don't worry madam, we are a good company, of course you will have a car Saturday". And she also confirmed I did not have to worry we would be charged hundreds of euro's extra.
However, despite it being 'their mistake', after this call they sent me a vague email, that replied on a much older thread, that seemed to indicate that they do expect us to make a new reservation, and pay the current rates. So that would mean paying the extra price of 670 euros, ON TOP OF the already paid 280 euros, instead of the original total of 318,15 with full damage waiver....
I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, because earlier she said we needn't worry. So I tried to phone again, as their emails aren't very clear.
The whole day no one has been picking up the phone. When I emailed them again if they could please clarify the email, and that I have not been able to reach them, she literally replied with this:

>>>And from the phone we can not help you.
>>>We have already inform you yesterday about your case."
And then she has the gall to have this in her signature:
" I remain at your disposal for any further information"
What the actual..........?
HORRID service. They literally admitted ON EMAIL they are refusing to serve me, despite it being their mistake (they notably named one mail thread "OUR MISTAKE" in caps...). I will be contacting my credit card company to fight the earlier incurred costs, and will not give them another cent.
I'll also spread this word of mouth wherever I can about this company.
Book at your own risk.
Very disappointed, and flabbergasted they actually said this. Not the nice Greek service I am used to.
Also I am very sorry I wasted 2 whole days looking for a new car with another company, as I trusted them to make this right. Now I have 1.5 days left to book a car before we fly out, and all the cheap ones are gone.
Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apologized for not waiting outside the terminal, as initially agreed upon. Had to wait for 15 minutes until the blue shuttle van appeared. Other than that, everything was perfect. We got a competitive price, including full coverage. Service was quick and friendly, and the car was in very good shape. Highly recommended!
