β β β β β Probably the best car rental experience ever. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. When getting the car the lady check herself the car for possible scratches, finding even such small ones that I would count myself and marking all of the very generously on the documents. Car return was very quick and painless. The money blocked on the credit card was released within 3-4 days although we were told that it will take 2 weeks.
The only downside was the waiting time to get the car, but there were a lot of people waiting so what can you do. (The lady at the desk was actually quite fast).

β β β β β Great reliable company. They are flexibel in bringing the car to your hotel and pick it up. Cheap but good insurance and above all great quality cars for a good price.

β β β β β Great price, reliable, I rented a 7 seater. The car was very good, new model, clean and I had no problem with it whatsoever. Full insurance available, no deposit, no credit card needed. I'm more than happy I chose this company.

β β β β β I didn't rent from the airport office. It was an office in the Mareblue Beach Resort but they don't have a Web page. I rented a group b car for 3 days for β¬150.00. It was to get my brother out of the hotel because he's wheelchair bound. Shortly into day one we realised it was unsuitable for carrying the wheelchair in the back without lots of messing around. I took the car back full of fuel, and asked if I could return it for the remaining 2 whole days for a refund. The guy said I'll speak to my boss at head office. He talked in Greek to him for around 5 minutes. Then said it's not possible to return your money but you can return the car. We kept the car, rather than give it back so they could rent it out again during our rental period. Very unsympathetic and uncooperative!

β β β β β Very friendly and professional staff. Good prices. Cars arenβt in great condition (more than 50.000km, quite a few dents/scratches), but if you have an issue with that you should rent for a lot more money with a company like Sixt. Will be coming back.
