Lovely staff, beautiful hotel, really clean, nice room size. Not five star because the room 201 doesn't looks like rooms seen on website. Worth the price.

We wanted to stay at a hotel in the middle of Elafonissi & Balos Beach and found this absolute hidden gem. This beautifull hotel is brand new, has gorgious rooms with A+ brands (even netflix on your tv :-D ) The breakfast is delicious and fresh and dinner is also good. But what makes this hotel good is the genuine staff. From the housekeeping, bar, reception and restaurant staff. They make u feel like a family member from the first minute you arrive. Special thanks to Giannis and Giorgos, lady from the breakfast and the goodlooking barmen forgot your name haha.. With love from the Dutch/Turks

Local and tasty breakfast. Great swimming pool and terrace. New and nicely furnished rooms. Very kind bartender + breakfast staff with great conversation over Rakis. Not much to do in the village itself but great place for car excursions. However you see that the hotel is new and still further improvements to come: 1) better isolation of rooms on ground floor (noise from kitchen + bar); 2) better ventilation in rooms; 3) reception staff is not very welcoming.

Interior design of the hotel is very chic and stylish. We had a large room opposite the pool. The hotel was great location for being close to Balos and Falasarna beach. Staff were friendly. For the price of the hotel compared to what we’ve paid and got in other hotels we’ve stayed at in Greece, would expect to have complimentary tea/coffee available in the room. Also of the hotels we stayed at within this price range they provided dressing gowns, slippers and vanity set (not deal breakers) but would have been handy to have.

Amazing hotel experience. The perfect balance between a boutique hotel with all the features of a big resort. A infinity pool, Pool-side bar (with an amazing bartender - Vasilis). The owner is super nice and makes you feel like your visiting him in your own home. The rooms look amazing as they are brand new. 5/5, highlight of our trip to Crete.

If you go to Kissamos, Falassarna, Balos or its surroundings, you absolutely need to go there. The hotel is brand new and the rooms were very comfortable, big and designed with style (we had one of the room downstairs, our friends were beside the pool upstairs). The pool area is very nice and you can order food and drinks at the bar all day. Breakfast was copious and really tasty for the French foodies that we are. The best for the end, the amazing staff, from the reception lady to the bar tenders, the cleaning ladies and of course the butler (« maître d’hôtel ») Giannis who all made us feel at home and gave us the warmest welcome. Thank you so much again and hope to see you soon !

We stayed for 3 nights at Casa D'Irene but wished it would have been many more days! We felt very welcomed from the moment we stepped into the hotel until the very last second! Giorgos and Giannis are great hosts, super kind, caring, full of tips and both doing their utmost to ensure you have a great time. (If you guys get to read this, thanks again for the hospatilty and for making our stay unforgettable :-)) We are frequent travellers but we have never experienced a better service than here, it was absolutely splendid! The location of the hotel is close to Phalasarna beach, but also Balos and Elafonisi can be reached easily. The pool area is really cosy with the pool bar right next to it. We got a maisonette room which was very spacious, bright, modern and spotlessly clean. The food is absolutely amazing! The breakfast variety is huge, there are a lot of different fresh juices, pastries, fruits and warm stuff to choose from. If you are considering taking half board - defintely go for it! Every evening you'll get to choose from the a la carte menu and both quality and quantity are outstanding. There is not a tiny thing we missed during our stay, thus a 10 out of 10. We will for sure return soon again.

The hotel is itself nice and cozy. It’s new minimally decorated and very clean. However, in my point of view only one room in this hotel worth staying and the rest especially the ones on ground floor are missing daylight as they don’t have proper window and view. One more fact, don’t expect that your bed get made up well. We had to remake our bed every single day! The staffs are ok. The ladies cleaning the room and serving the breakfast are the most friendly and nice people. The genitor was trying to be friendly but it was all leading to making inappropriate jokes. The breakfast is ok, it’s nice that every day there was one traditional breakfast item in the buffet. However, the breakfast quality for basic items like egg, sausage, bread and etc was very poor! The Greek yogurt was awesome though. The location is not at all nice and it’s completely different than what pictures in booking.com convey! There’s not even a nice pedestrian path to walk around and of course Google map would not work and many of small/narrow trails are not in the map. All in all, the hotel is just ok. It doesn’t worth the price and we would not for sure go back!
