Ask him where to eat the perfect grilled octopus ;) Well furnished rooms, perfectly working AC, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette, private terrace with sunbed, pool... and much more. Location is equally good for Balos and Elafonisi beach. Falassarna is 3 min away by car.
But the most important... absolutely amazing view over the whole Falassarna area!
Totally, totally worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place, delicious fresh breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. It’s a boutique hotel with just a few rooms! If you find one, BOOK it!! A short 5 minutes drive to Falassarna Big Beach, with free parking and great amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING! One of the highlights of my trip to Crete was staying at this beautiful and cozy boutique hotel.
The view is breathtaking, the place is quiet and peaceful, the room is furnished with taste (one day I just decided to spend the day by the pool instead of going to the beach).
One of the highest rated restaurants on the region is also on a walking distance from the hotel.
Andreas is super nice host who makes sure your stay will go with the highest standards! TOTALLY RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Elia Hotel was great! The hosts are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing! Great coffee, yummy food and a very nice view to the sea. We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Highly recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolut enjoyed our stay at Elia! Andreas is a super friendly and kind host. The rooms are big and everything you need is provided (Shampoo included). Breakfast is super delicious!
The absolut highlight is the location of the apartments- the view is amazing!
Also there are many excellent restaurants around for lunch and dinner.
We stayed here twice already and if we ever visit Crete again, we’d choose Elia again!
