★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in one of the two bungalows which are located a bit further down the (very streep :)) road. There was some raki waiting for is on arrival, which was nice. Incredible view on the phalassarna bay from the terrace. Great for families and people who like nature and peace and quiet.

If you enjoy a place with excellent view at Phalasarna beach, then you know where you will find it. Can't wait for our next escape!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been at Kavousi Resort for 10 days and i can honestly say that we've had a wonderful time. Kiki, the owner, is very friendly. The view is awesome. The rooms are large, clean and very nicely decorated. The cleaning staff is very thorough and always leave a few floral arrangements after cleaning the rooms, which was a very nice (and pleasantly smelling) surprise. There is also a large outside space with multiple round tables where one can serve breakfast, play board games with their friends or just hang around. The free Wi-Fi has good coverage. Last but not least, the hotel is located very close to a great tavern, Spilios, which makes for a very good dinner option (they have both great food and Cretan wines).
All in all, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location was perfect as it is in the middle of all the amazing beaches around. We had an amazing view of the sunset from our balcony and the hotel is very beautiful and cosy. Owners were also very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend it and would visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place ! Very clean, with a beautiful balcony which you can see the sunset, the terasse of the restaurant is very well placed with lot of flowers like a garden !
Don’t have enough words to explain how much it was beautiful ! ??♥️
The owner is really nice and welcomig and explain every thing he is available when you need !
I recommand 100 %

And let me say that for its price it's difficult to get something better.
But if you want something more comfy and fancy just change your target.
Owner polite and gentle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, spectacular view and reasonable price. And cute kittens running around the yard. You need a car to travel around. Nearby roads are not suitable for pedestrians. The nearby taverns are also very good.
