★ ★ ★ ★ ★ posto molto carino situato a pochi passi dal porto ma in una strada silenziosa. La spiaggia paradiso è raggiungibile a piedi.
Le stanze, un po piccole, sono pulitissime e provviste di tutto il necessario, proprietari molto disponibili e gentili.

very nice place located a few steps from the port but in a quiet street. Paradise beach is within walking distance.
The rooms, a bit small, are spotless and equipped with everything you need, very helpful and kind owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η διαμονή σ'αυτο το κατάλυμα ήταν κάτι περισσότερο από ευχάριστη!! Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, αφού σε 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια είσαι στο λιμανι(στον δρόμο με τα μαγαζιά) του Νέου Μαρμαρά, αλλά έχεις και ησυχία αφού είναι κέντρο-απόκεντρο!! Μας υποδέχθηκαν με χαμόγελο και πολλή καλή διάθεση και μάλιστα μας κέρασαν και νεράκια γιατί το ταξίδι μας ήταν πολύωρο!! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Είχε σιτα στην μπαλκονοπορτα και η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Να σημειώσω ότι είχε υγρό για τα πιάτα, σφουγγαράκι και wettex(πρώτη φορά σε κατάλυμα με κουζίνα, παρείχαν τα συγκεκριμένα)!!!!!!
Το μπαλκονάκι άνετο και με τέντες, και, είχαμε και λιιιγη θέα στη θάλασσα (τα δωμάτια του επάνω ορόφου μάλλον είχαν καλύτερη θέα). Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!!!!!!!!!
Staying at this accommodation was more than pleasant !! Excellent location, since in 5 minutes walk you are in the port (on the road with the shops) of Neos Marmaras, but you also have peace since it is center-remote !! They welcomed us with a smile and a very good mood and even treated us to some water because our trip was long !! The room was spotless and neat. It had a screen on the balcony door and the kitchen was fully equipped. Note that it had dishwashing liquid, sponge and wettex (first time in accommodation with kitchen, they provided the specifics) !!!!!!
The balcony was comfortable and with awnings, and we also had a little sea view (the rooms upstairs probably had a better view). We will definitely choose it again !!!!!!!!!
