β β β β β They said that they are family oriented, it's not true, there is nothing for children, except the room balcony.
If you have little children, this is not the best solution. Our room was very small, relatively clean.
Can be improved.

β β β β β Positive: Great location, less than 5 minutes walk from the port where all the restaurants and shops are. Nice terace. Free public parking. The host helped us with useful information regarding the beaches and restaurants in the area.. Negative: Every morning, same noise, starting with 08 oβclock until we left the room. The room was cleaned only twice in 4 days. being very close to the port, it is also a very busy street, for which it is not the quietest area.

β β β β β Positive: Great location, good renovated room and value for money. Easy check in and check out and the lady incharge was wearing mask..would stay again.. Negative: No tent at the balcony and in the morning you could not sit outside ..

β β β β β Positive: First of all, the cleaning of the property was amazing. The host waited us wearing a mask and sterilised the keys to the apartment in our presence. There was disinfectant available everywhere and all the remotes and documentation inside the apartment were sealed in single-use nylon. We found parking available in front of the property (we arrived at 21:30). The host was really helpful and offered to provide advice on food options and beaches around Neos Marmaras. The location was great, we had seaview on 2 sides of the apartment and the place had pretty much space. There were anti-musquitos devices available in the apartment and they were very effective. Neos Marmaras was pretty empty due to covid-19 crysis - that was good for us because all the tavernas were pretty empty and so were the beaches. It's a good time to come to Greece - and safe upon our experience. Kaplanis is a good and safe place to come these days..

β β β β β Overall not bad experience, we didn't have water sometimes and wifi was bad in the room and upper floors, but rooms(although very small) and entire place is clean. Location is great but that's about it, do not expect luxury as it says in their name.
