★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τιμή με ποιότητα και επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση δεν συνάδουν στο κατάστημα της Γλυφάδας. Κακή επιλογή από μεριά μας, διότι αναγκαστήκαμε να αλλάξουμε κρεβάτι μέσα σε 3 χρόνια εξαιτίας του μη ορθοπεδικού στρώματος και των διαστάσεων του ημίδιπλου κρεβατιού που είχε πλάτος 1.50 μέτρα!!! Απλά τους ενδιέφερε να πουλήσουν δίχως μέλλον. Το μαγαζί είναι σε καλή περιοχή με ευφάνταστα προϊόντα γι'αυτό επιβιώνει. Πολύ αργά φαίνεται να δείχνεται το ενδιαφέρον σας!!! Όταν καλέσαμε με την παραλαβή μας απαντήσατε κάθετα "αυτό παραγγείλατε. Μπορείτε μόνο να αγοράσετε άλλο!!!"
Price with quality and professional service do not match in Glyfada shop. Poor choice on our part because we had to change bed within 3 years because of the non-orthopedic mattress and the dimensions of the semi-double bed which was 1.50 meters wide !!! They were just interested in selling without a future. The store is in a good area with fabulous products so it survives. Too late seem to indicate your interest !!! When we called on our receipt you answered vertically "you ordered this. You can only buy another !!!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και πολλάκις πελάτες της εν λόγω εταιρείας αρνήθηκαν όχι μόνο να αλλάξουν- ως οφειλαν- , αλλά ακόμα καί νά εξασφαλίσουν ενα ανταλλακτικό για την καρέκλα γραφείου της εννιάχρονης κόρης μου( βάρους 35 κιλων). Κύριοι, αποτελεί απάτη η πενταετής εγγύηση που δίνετε .
Although many times customers of this company refused not only to change - as they owed -, but even to provide a spare part for my nine-year-old daughter's office chair (weighing 35 kg). Gentlemen, the five-year guarantee you give is a fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη.Έκανα αγορά που περιλάμβανε ένα κρεβάτι κ διαφορά αξεσουάρ.
Το κρεβάτι ήρθε με 9 κομμάτια ξύλου του χτυπημένα κ ένα από αυτά του είχε φύγει η μπογιά με αποτέλεσμα ακόμα να μην έχει κοιμηθεί το παιδί μας στο κρεβάτι του που τόσο επιθυμούσε.
Το προσωπικό προσπαθούσε να σώσει την κατάσταση λέγοντας ότι θα μας τα αλλάξουν «δωρεάν»….
Ακόμα μετά από 3 εβδομάδες περιμένω να μου τα αλλάξουν.Έχω ζητησει εδώ κ 4 μερες να μιλήσω με κάποιον υπεύθυνο κ δεν με έχει πάρει κανένας τηλέφωνο ακόμα.Σας προτείνω να κοιτάξετε κ άλλες εταιρίες πριν καταλήξετε σε αυτήν.Υπερτιμημένα για όλη την εξυπηρέτηση κ την ταλαιπωρία.
Unacceptable. I made a purchase that included a bed and a variety of accessories.
The bed came with 9 pieces of wood hit and one of them had lost its paint so that our child has not yet slept in his bed that he wanted so much.
The staff tried to save the situation by saying that they would change them for us "for free"….
Even after 3 weeks I am waiting for them to change them for me. I have asked here for 4 days to talk to someone in charge and no one has called me yet. I suggest you look at other companies before you reach this one. suffering.
