The stuff we’re sooo rode talking unprofessional way they canceled our reservation without telling us .. even in the most classy better luxurious atmosphere restaurant didn’t do that !!!! It’s not my first time in this restaurant but this way … disappointed .

the pool area is amazing! the view is magical, specially during the sunset! the staff are cool, I didn't feel like they are rude or arrogant as many reviews stated that. the suite was clean and well decorated. they clean the room twice a day, and prepare it for the night time . the shisha team Hussain and Wael are amazing ! Mr.George the private transfer manager did a great job managing all my transportations . the concierge team carried on all my reservation requests, except for Nammos I don't know why, I did it for myself tho. the front desk team was okay, a welcome drink would be a huge plus . the housekeepers are the heroes behind the scenes . the only thing that left me unsatisfied was the food options! extremely limited ! from the breakfast to lunch, dinner and in room dining .. very very limited options.

The fact that this place is 5 stars is incredible. The rooms are small, outdated, dirty and in bad conditions as you can see. The room I stayed in you could hear everything from the room next door. Even when they opened the closet door. Really annoying! And felt like NO privacy. Talked to the from desk and they told me “sorry we fully booked”. For a place that charges over €1000 a night, that is ridiculous. This place was made famous by TikTok and wannabe IG influencers. DONT overpay by falling for the hype and stay somewhere else!!!

Gorgeous location with nice views. Excellent service, friendly staff and great food. Spa- best message I have ever had. I highly recommend

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the infinity pool was also nice, but my low review is because the experience there was overall one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I spent over 1,000 euro a night for several nights to staff that would flag us down verifying our room number several times an hour (treating us like we were sneaking in). Next, our pool cushion flew into the pool and got soaked and ripped/stained, and after 4 requests, they simply replaced the cover (with the cushion still soaked) so we virtually could not use our private pool an entire day that we paid for. We also ordered room service and them bringing the wrong food (the food was not good either) and then we lost a pair of expensive sunglasses on premises and we asked over 10x during the course of our stay for someone to look, and it took us getting angry for someone to finally follow up with us (the kept saying they’d call, etc, but they never did). We started to suspect someone stole them from our room when we received room service because we never left the property and last remember them on the table in our room. There were some exceptions to our experience, including Marcela who was absolutely so kind and amazing and the few gentleman that carried our bags and treated us so well (just smiling/kind.. it seemed to be such a hard thing for the staff at Cavo Tagoo to do). That is all we wanted but could not receive. I wouldn’t stay here again simply because of the staff. I stay in very expensive resorts very often and have never been treated like this and do not recommend this place. Better to go somewhere else.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with unbeatable views from their swiming pool. The breakfast is probably the best i seen with so many fruit/salads/sweets and healthy options to choose from. The service is also great, we had our room upgrade to a sea view with swimming pool as the booked room wasn’t available at the check in time

This hotel is not at all what it’s made out to be. It’s all smoke & mirrors. A place that pretends to the upmost luxury but the rooms are dated, tiny & not worth the price. The staff have a very pretentious attitude & they are very pushy with food and drinks. On top of it all, they direct you to only the most expensive places for you to get more ripped off with. We were ripped off at restaurants they guided us to as well as paid $70 Euros for 2 drinks. Are these drinks sprinkled with gold? The pool is nice but not quite like the pictures. Most of the time the massive cruise ships take the view away. You think they couldn’t scam you enough ? I paid $150 Euros for a hair wash… Highly not recommended. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is not one of them.

So this place is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. The pool side view is amazing. The rooms are a delight and just perfect. I must say that the food and drinks for me was just alright as I had better in town. Other than that this is a paradise in mykonos. Their prices are also a bit up there but then again you pay for what you get. A must visit place. Ooh plus literally everyone is nice ?
