I stayed as a single person for an overnight visit. It was the perfect size and space for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. I originally booked a single, but was upgraded to a double! The management is doing great job! Definitely I would come back!

TERRIBLE! Buyer Beware! Do not waste your time or money at this hotel which has no affiliation with Tagoo properties. Upon entering the lobby, we noticed a very strong putrid smell of sewage, that was unbearable. We had to leave the lobby space for fresh air several times just to check in. We were advised that they were having some type of septic issues and they would be ‘taking care of it’ The lobby had clearly not been cleaned, and was in visible disarray. Very concerning for a traveller especially during this time where businesses are required to comply with a strict set of sanitation rules and guidelines. Sadly, this continued to the so called “luxurious deluxe double suite” which included makeup stained bedsheets, a filthy sink with which dried tooth paste was left, filthy black floors and surfaces, greasy finger prints on the light fixtures. The “uninterrupted view of the Aegean sea’ included maintenance building and a parking lot. We brought our concerns to the front desk, where we were told they would call the manager to speak with us. After a long wait we were told he was off the property and they would call us when he was back. He said our room had been cleaned and apologised and asked us to please again take a look. We obliged, to our dismay to find that the room had been painted in spots and wet paint was covering some of the previously black marked areas. The smell of paint and turpentine was unbearable. The manger stated that the hotel was new and they painted the room while we were out. We were in shock and furious and requested a refund as we would be unable to sleep in the room and would now be required at the last minute to find alternate accommodations. Which they did not accommodate. The whole experience was awful. Nowhere near what is expected of a 5 star accommodation. More like 2 stars

We booked their best room which was a 2bdrm suite with cave pool + ocean view at €1015.00 per night for four nights. (€4060) Upon check in we were told that they were upgrading us which we found out later was a lie as they overbooked the room and put us in a different room. After 3 hrs in the new room all we could smell is sewage !!! We reported to the manager named Neilos Prapas.. He came to the room and said he couldn’t smell anything. We went for dinner and returned and could not bear the smell. After speaking to many guests at the pool 3/5 different couples reported the same. Manager was called again and he promised to change room in the morning but rather he avoided us at any cost for the whole 4 days. We tried to leave the hotel and move somewhere else to enjoy our annual vacation but most hotels close by were full and we were out of luck. We continued to ask for manager for day 2 day 3 and day 4 and he was always busy. Upon checkout he showed up with no apology and an attitude saying we were the only complaint they had this week and continued to make us look like we were liars ! His own staff on graveyard shift and also daytime staff confirmed the smell was not only in our rooms but other guests and also their lobby area. Overall the hotel ambiance was very nice , pool very nice , views were awesome, most staff great but manager is an immature young man with a chip on his shoulder and should not represent the hotel and needs training in customer service ….. if you wish to enjoy your vacation stay else where and AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST

Amazing experience!!! Stayed there for 3 nights and everything was perfect!! Staff was super friendly and helpfull, only 5 minutes walking to mykonos town and the view was breathtaking!! Didn't want to leave!!

SCAM! Worst experience ever with this hotel - don’t trust them. They could swindle you. I paid them pre-covid over 2100€ through booking.com and ask me to cancel all the nights because of the situation. They offer me a voucher to use it in the next 18 months or if I didn’t redeem it, I would get my money back. I kindly understood the situation and cancel the reservation. More than 18 months have gone and I haven’t been able to contact them either by mail nor by phone. Impressive how they can take this amount of money without hesitation. Really don’t trust them.
