The rooms are Beautiful. The Pool is Beautiful. The bar tinder is nice. The cleaning staff is great. The location is great but the front desk seemed incompetent to me. They couldn't clearly provide information. Whatever I needed they couldn't do. I asked for a car rental they said they call numerous but non were available. The car rental agency within a 5 minute walk had cars. I asked for a covid test they told me about a place that charged 50. One that charged 20 was about a block further. The drinks are expensive compared to those in town. Honestly the staff just felt incompetent to me. It's probably that this is a seasonal place. If they could get a front desk that was knowledgeable and helpful this hotel would be better.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tagoo thanks to George. I came with my husband and another couple for vacation and celebrating my husband’s birthday. George always went above and beyond to make sure we we’re always being taken care of and thanks to him made this experience to Greece an unforgettable. Everything from the drinks at the bar, to the food and hospitality was absolutely perfect. I would love to come and stay there again just to hang out with George.

I would highly recommend this lovely hotel. Great location, fantastic service, and the hotel decor is tasteful and beautiful.

We booked 4 nights with Tagoo, arrived and initially everything seemed fine, we were a little disappointed with our room a bit basic and not quite the sea view as advertised. We came quite early in the year and it became clear it was out of season and there weren’t many guests, this unfortunately meant that the hotel were going through some minor refurb works that went on until 9pm. We weren’t pleased as this was happening next door to our room and was quite noisy on the day we arrived and wanted to sleep. I spoke with reception who, to their credit, went and stopped the workmen immediately and were very apologetic. The following morning the lady at reception couldn’t have been more apologetic and helpful, she came up with the solution to move us to a hotel down the road, it was an obvious upgrade at no extra cost. What I will say is although this was disappointing, it wouldn’t stop us staying here again. The staff, all of them, were very friendly and helpful, pool and bar area had stunning views, the room wasn’t the best you’ll find on the island but it’s good for the price, I would recommend staying here despite the issue mentioned. First and foremost the location is great. Only a 10 minute walk from Old Port and about a 12 minute walk into Mykonos Town. The views from this hotel are amazing and they have a really nice pool area. The rooms are nice and the staff were very hospitable. Would definitely stay here again!

Probably one of the best poolside views in Mykonos, and, considering the very affordable price, a 5 out of 5 star experience. You'll struggle to find better value for money. The bar staff is friendly, the cleaning is spot free, and the hotel itself is run by an exceedingly competent woman.

This hotel was amazing! It was only a 10 minute walk into Mykonos town and had an amazing view. We were offered a room upgrade when we arrived so our group could all be together which made it extra special. The view from this room was better than we could’ve hoped. All the staff were super friendly and the food was amazing. I had the chicken tortilla 3 times in our 5 days! The pool was chilly but I’d imagine in the height of summer this would be ideal! We loved our stay at Hotel Tagoo and will hopefully return some day:)

Amazing location, nice walk into Mykonos! Amazing food and service. The pool area was perfect with an amazing view and great for sunsets in the evening. Very clean resort, the staff alone made our time there amazing. All the staff and multiple George’s were amazing, fun, friendly and hard working. We were so happy we booked here which was based on all the reviews we read prior to booking. I would absolutely recommend this place. Great service value, view and location. Another 5 star review that is well deserved! Thank you guys again :)
