★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα τηλεόραση και μου ήρθε με σπασμένη οθόνη. Μου αντικατέστησαν άμεσα την τηλεόραση χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Συστήνω το κατάστημα ανεπιφύλακτα.
I ordered a TV and it came to me with a broken screen. They immediately replaced my TV without any problems. I highly recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που αγοράζω κάποιο προϊόν από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα (κινητά τηλέφωνα, πλυντήριο πιάτων, οικιακές συσκευές), είτε ηλεκτρονικά είτε μέσω τηλεφωνικής παραγγελίας. Κάνουν ό,τι είναι εφικτό για να εξυπηρετήσουν τον πελάτη, (πχ ως προς το χρόνο παράδοσης), οι τιμές του καταστήματος είναι ανταγωνιστικές και υποστηρίζει άτοκες δόσεις χωρίς πρόσθετη χρέωση, και τα προϊόντα πάντοτε άψογα χωρίς ελαττώματα και με την εγγύηση της αντιπροσωπείας. Αυτή τη φορά κάποιο από τα προϊόντα που παρήγγειλα δεν ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο, ωστόσο η παραγγελία μου -που έγινε Σάββατο πρωί 24/8- ολοκληρώθηκε προς αποστολή τη Δευτέρα το μεσημέρι από Θεσσαλονίκη προς Αθήνα ! Αν δεν είχα επιλέξει την υπηρεσία πόρτα-πόρτα των ΕΛΤΑ, που αρνήθηκαν να συνεργαστούν για προσυμφωνημένο χρόνο παράδοσης, τώρα (Τρίτη 27/8) θα είχα και το προϊόν στα χέρια μου. Συνολικά άψογη και ταχύτατη εξυπηρέτηση και επαγγελματισμός σε βάθος χρόνου μια και η πρώτη μου εμπορική συναλλαγή με το κατάστημα χρονολογείται τουλάχιστον εδώ και μια δεκαετία. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, ακόμα κι αν υπάρχει χιλιομετρική απόσταση!
This is not the first time I have purchased a product from this store (cell phones, dishwasher, home appliances), either online or by phone order. They do everything possible to serve the customer (eg as to the time of delivery), the store's prices are competitive and supports installments at no extra charge, and the products always perfectly free of defects and with the guarantee of the delegation. This time some of the products I ordered were not immediately available, however my order - made 24/8 on Saturday morning - was shipped on Monday from Thessaloniki to Athens! If I had not opted for the door-to-door service of ELTAs, which refused to cooperate for a pre-agreed delivery time, now (Tuesday 27/8) I would have the product in my hands. Overall impeccable and fast service and professionalism over the years since my first commercial transaction with the store dates back at least a decade. I highly recommend it, even if there is a mile!
